I emailed a while ago, and haven't heard back from BBTS in regards to a query. I had pre-ordered Brawn and DLX Ratchet and they've been sitting in my Pile of Loot. Anyways, I tried to cancel the products in exchange for store credit. But no luck. I can't adjust the order (which seems totally odd to me). I had something else which I'm holding on to (since it provides a weapon for a different figure of mine).

 

Any suggestions, or should I just email them again?

Welcome to the suckage that is BBTS. They don't allow you to cancel preorders. Since you preordered them you are pretty much stuck with what BBTS wants to do.

Get the figure then dispute the charge. Make them pay for shipping if they want the figure back. Charge them exorbrant shipping charges. Enough of those and they'll let people start cancelling preorders in exchange for credit.

I thought you could cancel pre-orders. I thought that there was something about trying to cancel purchases that are in your pile of loot.

Ive cancelled pre-orders plenty of times. All you have to do is log into your account, go to "View Preorders" and under the quantity of the item you want cancelled, change the number preordered to "0" aka ZERO, then click update. Your preorder should be cancelled.

 

To cancel things in your Loot you need to email them. Ive had to cancel an order where Ive ordered 2 of the same thing by accident, BBTS stopped the order, corrected it, then charged me accordingly the next day.

 

My experiences with BBTS have been so good that I dont shop for figures anywhere except there and HTS. (or eBay/End Cap if I cant find what I want anywhere else).
