I was thinking of getting some Classic Henkei figs.The problem is the Seekers left me not so sure about buying more.I bought Thundercracker and the guns wont stay in the arm holes.I bought Ramjet and damn leg wings wont stay on holes.....man I hate Henkei Seekers!

Now Im thinkin of getting Jetfire.Does anyone have him?Issues?

I've stayed away from the seekers mostly because of price. I do have the Henkei Jetfire and aside from some minor paint differences there really is nothing different between it and the classic one.

Ok.I was just worried about Jetfire be weak in areas.

I had SS, Ramjet, Thrust and Dirge and all were fine. Only SW and TC had problems.

yeah, I just boght Henkei Thrust and Dirge in November to finish off that Seeker set. I payed $50 each.

Yes "I do know", but Henkei ain't no Classics crap. That's like saying Takara Buster Prime is the same thing as the cheapass Hasbro Leader Prime. Plus, Henkei Thrust and Dirge were produced in much more limited numbers.

Dude chrome parts doesnt justify the price differance for me.With that being said,Hasbro Prime/Takara Buster Prime no differance just chrome parts......

Heres my beef with the Henkei Seekers.Ive mention this above.

My Thundercracker(Henkei) arms weapons wont stay in the holes.My Ramjets(henkei) left wing peg wont even go in the hole.Henkei is quickly becoming no better then a Bootleg/KO in my book.Thats how I feel about that.

So when Hasbro releases Universe/Classic/Generation Dirge and Thrust Ill buy them and feel good about the price and the quality of said figs.Plus if they have issuses I can simply take them back and exchange them

Faceplate, chrome, new gun, different paint apps.

 

Not sure what's going on with your Ramjet, first time I've heard of that issue. But the problems with TC and SW were well documented, you should have done your homeworks before ordering them. To this day, they are the only Henkei figures with issues. And no, Henkei figures don't just add chrome, they pretty much all sport different paint jobs. I think the 2 most spectacular examples are Megatron (real G1 color scheme) and Galvatron (gone are the ugly neon orange bits). Henkei Hot Rod (Classics Hot Shot) even came with additional accessories (2 guns).
