Kevin Dunn, who played the role Ron Witwicky in Transformers and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, is currently in negotiations to reprise his role in Transformers 3, reports the Hollywood Reporter. THR mistakenly cites Mr. Dunn as having played the role of his son Sam Witwicky, portrayed by Shia LaBeouf. Mr. Dunn is slated to appear in Tony Scott's Unstoppable.

so Why do I still hear of humans in the movie???

I like this guy and would be happy to see him back, same with the mom so long as they don't put her on another freakout.

 

He never got any breakout rolls, but I've never not enjoyed this guys work. There's a nice range to him.

He was maybe the best actor in the movie.

This dude should be the human lead.

i know this is kinda weird but when ever i watch the two TF movies, Kevin Dunn reminds me of my dad

NOOOOoooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! The parent scenes are the worst part of the movies.. Ok, the dad has his moments but the Mom... PLEASE GOD don't bring her back. So if there is a God they will not bring the Mom into the film. If there isn't... We learned a hard truth.. And the director needs his butt kicked for even considering to do horrible comedy scenes so blatantly bad... We're not 4 or 5 years old. Sorry but I thought if they were trying to be a tiniest bit realistic with the movies a Mom that acted like that would be locked in the loony bin, the father would slap her and tell her to breath or something, or CYS(Child and Youth Services) would have been called on them years ago and Sam would have been placed foster care waiting for the ever rare competent parents.

I'm glad he's back, and I hope mom is back as well. AS far as I'm concerned, they are the only funny people in the movie and I would love to see more of them in both serious and comical scenes in the third movie. I'll take these two over Simmons and the idiot roommate any day of the week.
