I WAS SOLD A FAKE Lucky Draw/ Rare THREAD.. Time to bring power to the Buyers Hands

Recommended Posts

*Stands up for Heerotoymaker* Never had a problem, multiple buys from him, never claims RARE or authentic and he was good enough to make his screenname something ovbious that he is the maker if said toys.

Not sure if this is where the thread is going but just tossing it out there in the event that it is one of his plated peices you bought and didn't read the description correctly.

Its not nice but always been a part of collecting so you are powerless unless you do your homework and know for sure what you buying.

I remember buying a clear G1 Prime for 2,500usd and a few months later you can get one for 100 bucks. Sux indeed but suck it up and know better next time. Fake Items will continue and knowledge is Key to know the difference.

and I swallow hard at spending $300 on one piece. LOL

The way I see it is if I'm spending on something without doing the homework on it, any problems that occure are mine to live with.

If you do the homework and still get screwed. lets say they sent you something that wasn't what they sent pics of, then you have the right to complain.

Honestly, I wouldn't even try buying something like a Lucky Draw figure without seriously looking into it and asking about it first.

Good points made. As with any big ticket item, know who you're buying it from. Get feedback from previous buyers and check references if available. A scam can be had everywhere and normally the ones who rush into a purchase end up being the ones who get hosed.

Really? I know you sold the OP the item and claimed it was legit and now your giving him the blame? Funny two threads about you scamming people and claiming things are legit in the past little while. For your sake I wouldn't show your face at any convention as I am sure a number of people would like to introduce you to their fists.

You know you scammed the OP and stated that you will not give a refund and his word of taking back his item is not valid on this issue. I know several others that also purchased the "testshot" henkei convoys from you, people are not gonna stand for you scamming them out of thousands of dollars. You also scammed Henry with your gold bw primal. Just fyi these people have alot of your personal information and are planning on doing something about this. Balls in your court, fix the issue with these people before its to late. Im sure jesus frowns upon scamming people just so you can fund your habbit.

I agree with you 100% but if the seller has good feedback and was not a scammer before and claimed he was selling a legit item you can't really blame the buyer especially since a legit version was never seen.

No more of that. Period. You can take it up with him in private but the other members here don't need to be included in the drama.

True, but to be honest that's pretty uncommon.

yeah airing your dirty laundry for all the public to see's just not cool.

When Blitz said no flaming, that's exactly what he didn't want to see in this thread, was bashing

Wow I didn't even know there were fake Lucky draws. Sad really.

I was never scammed by ultraconvoy, I was one of those people who knew better and never purchased crap from him. I stated facts and that was it. BlitzWing has already been pmd with more information on this matter.
