Been REALLY busy with other stuff.....World of Warcraft, etc.......and most of the movie toys have not impressed me. AND, my SuperTarget hasn't done much recently in restocking......

 

But I did finally snag an 08 Bumblebee today at work, and thanks for the tip about MP Screamer - I've GOT to get that. :)

MP Starscreams are few and far between all of the sudden. The Tower Walmart has none as of last night. They DID have the second wave of the movie Robot Heroes. I picked up a set, and believe they may have had one more set left. Not much else to report, though.

Well, we've lost me as an insider at Target.......got canned last week. Ah well, blessing in disguise.

 

Pity now that I have to watch my money.....still want that Screamer!

Well, the good news is I ran into about 6 MP Starscreams at the Super Walmart at Parker and Chambers. They also had a pretty good assortment of movie figures (everything except the Voyager class), and there were literally a ton of the 1st and 2nd wave Movie TF Robot Heroes on the end cap near garden/seasonal. :thumb

 

Still, that sucks about you getting canned from Target. And so close to Christmas? :yikes

Officially, it was because there was an audit of product in my Dairy department, and they felt there was too much expired product. They honestly expect perfection among about 30,000 units of product. Since I was on a final warning for shooting my mouth off (I can't deny that), any disciplinary action results in termination.

 

Unofficially, it was because they got sick and tired of me pointing out ridiculous things they want done, or to be more precise, the fact that they were ridiculous.

 

For example - one WEEK before Thanksgiving, they started a system assisted ordering program that automatically orders merchandise it thinks my department needs. Bad idea - sends 4 times what we need on many date sensitive items, and on the day before Thanksgiving, I sh*t you not, it sent absolutely no eggs.....I didn't order any because it SAID it would send 35 cases.

 

So, blessing in disguise.......depending, of course, on whether I can get another job soon!

I know the pain of being unemployed. I'm looking for a new job right now myself.

 

In other news...

 

There are .......toys....um...............out there.................somewhere.....Go get em!

Well, still unemployed, but got a gift card to Wal Mart and used on MP Screamer.......probably going to get another 2 when I can afford them to do repaints into the big three seekers.....I know there's MP Skywarp, but he's expensive!

 

Wow.........just wow. Opened him, transformed him.....much less of a pain than I thought. Could easily make a case for best transformer ever.
