Primus toy

Recommended Posts

We all know that there are two planets that aren't really planets but in reality giant TFs, one is Unicron and the other is......Cybertron. For those who may not remember, in the G1 comics, Cybertron is just like Unicron, but with a difference. Its supposed alternate mode is that of Primus Lord of Light. So I think, that if Hasbro can make a Unicron toy, then they can definitely make a Primus toy. If anybody has the TF Ultimate Guide by simon Furman, go to page 53, and you'll see what I'm talking about. That would be sweet. And he should come with little areas, like Iacon and other "cities". And he should also come with additional things for his planet mode, like a launch pad, a pair of mini starships (one an Autobot ship, and the other a Decepticon ship). Anything else anyone can think of for this toy idea?

That would be GREAT!

Thanx for the support! :tfgrin

i have all of the books an YES that would be a great idea :thumb :thumb :thumb :thumb :thumb :clap :clap :clap :clap

I would buy it. And it wouldnt be to far fetched, they could use the BWNeo Unicron mold as Primus, with a little changing of the head, it would make a sweet Primus toy, and be on the same scale as Unicron.

this has been discussed alot, but ill go ahead and post in this thread too.

i managed to snag an extra unicron and am *slowly* making a primus figure based off of the pic in furman's guide, the hardest part will probably be the head

guys, while I do support a Primus figure, I don't think it should be planet cybertron.

Do you know how boring of a toy that would be for kids? Just a ball with lines on it...at least Unicron is a vehicle that travels through space and devours planets with his giant mouth, but Cybertron? That would just be an unfun toy, on the lines of the Transforming skyscraper in the film "Big" that Tom Hanks' character spoke up against....

oh yeah like transforming spheres arent fun, you gotta remember the rocklords

*ends sarcasm*

I dont think we are ever gonna see primus, cause since the toy dictates the cartoon, we could have got him with energon (by tweaking Uni) hastak didnt do that, so they probably wont ever do him.

Lets just hold out for an alpha trion toy one day

This COULD happen, but only if Primus is made out to be such a central character in the show that the kids just have to have. If the demand is there, then HasTak could make the effort. If there is no demand, why bother? It's about $$ and right now there isn't a demand to justify spending that kind of $$ and expect an equal or better return.

All of us agree that we want to see a Primus toy. Im taking BC comment for granted. If we cant have Primus as a plnet then what else? A Battlestar ship perhaps?
