My top three:

Forest Battle

Battle Prime vs. Megatron/Fallen

Shanghai opening battle

 

Other parts I liked and found to be of decent to very well done entertainment:

Galloway being duped into opening his chute and being pulled out of the plane

Devastator combining (from the vehicles rolling into view w/ Simmons comparing it to the Gunfight at Okay Corral to the actual final product)

Jetfire coming in to save the day and show the Decepticons how "they brought pain in my day."

Wheelie had some great comments in there (Great. A Munchkin. Tell him he's tall.)

Sam's freak out in class

Megatron's resurrection

 

But the forest battle was absolutely awesome.

My vote went to the "Opening Shangai scene"!
