When OP died in 86' people felt it. Kids were upset and devistated. When he died in RotF who really cared?

Bay didn't he just droped his dead carcuss off a heliocopter without caring.

I was hit pretty hard at first when he died because of the way he was fighting against THREE Decepticons to protect one human, and then the grissliness of his death.

But I realized he would be coming back because I knew about the Jetfire/Prime combination. I may have to hibernate from this site when the next movie approaches :(

I cant believe you didn't see it coming. I foresaw it and i STILL haven't seen the movie.

I don't want to offend anyone but christ, how many weeks has this movie been out now.

Can we just let the horse die instead of pulverizing it into nothing. Why do people have to keep coming out here instigating all the time. The people who didn't like the movie didn't like it. It's their right and it's tiring watching people keep prodding them to defend their reasons of why they didn't like it. Seriously, why is it so important that those who liked it have to convert the non believers, and have to keep ragging about those who didn't.

For all of you that did like it, congratulations, I'm glad you enjoyed it. You also have your every right to have your decision for liking it without having to explain yourself. It is great that these two movies have helped broadened the franchise and bring new fans to the hobby, and with it I hope things just keep getting bigger and better from here.

I just feel it's time to just agree to disagree and quit the stupid bickering about who did and didn't like the film and move on.

p.s. Sorry for the rant but it's something that has been bugging me for awhile. And for the record, I did enjoy the movie but a re-edit couldn't hurt it.

Your completely right. I started this , so I'm responsible for starting this up again. Its just when I read a blog about someone bad mouthing ROTF, I feel I have to defend it. I don't really know why, I guess I feel I have to defend the thing I love. And I love Transformers and all things connected to transformers. Let's all try to avoid all this for the 3rd movie. Like it or not, its going to be just like ROTF.

It is called being young. You simply defended the movie cause you may feel that people are insulting you in the process. As you grow older, hopefully you are not inclined to justify your tastes in films, television shows, and music for that matter. In the end, you'll like what you like and f^%@ everyone else.

Wow, really? That was an unfair claim. You don't even know how old the guy is.
