Megatron's Next Ultimate Weapon of Doom

which is why I never got the Beast Machines=hippies=RUINED FOREVER mentality. For me the Autobots have always been hippies, stopping Megatron's noble goal of finding power for Cybertron, Earth be damned.

Anyway, back to topic: Almost through watching Attack of the Autobots, and I think a personality-destabilizing Macguffin would work well within Bay's murderous Autobots universe. But since Bayverse Jazz is dead, how will he get to test out his new speakers? :(

Personally I'd like too see the majority of the next movie take place on Cybertron, maybe set up a Unicron trilogy. (if it makes enough money to sustain a Transformers 4, 5 and 6) Then have Megs throw Cybertron at Earth as his WOMD at the second half of the movie. =P

Hey, that'd be kinda interesting as well, but...it'll never happen, as Shiamus & Megantron would be outta the picture! :lol

How about this? It sets up the Unicron story but doesn't rush us into it:

Megatron is seeking the meaning of "Unicron" a force most believe to be fantasy, but Megatron knows it's real. (He doesn't know Unicron is a person, and so hopes that he may be able to control this "unicron")

Megatron receives a tip that he may find answers on an icy little rock on the far end of the galaxy, and travels there to discover a HUGE city buried beneath the ice. The lost city of "Trypticon" (akin to "Troy" of greek mythological fame).

Upon Unearthing the city, the city's "steward" tells him that the ancient Mythological Transformer Vessel known as "The ARK", contains an artifact that could be used to control Unicron, and gives Megatron the location of this vessel, which Ironically corresponds to earth.

Megatron plans to raze the planet and find this vessel at any cost, and so returns to earth with the entire city/siege engine in tow... Not knowing that the city is actually a transformer itself, and not suspecting that it has its own reasons for wanting to go to earth... BUM-BUM-BUM!

I actually have a LOT more of this story idea "semi-plotted" on my Deviant art. Here's the link (I'll warn you it's a little long...) I'd appreciate any feed back you lot could give me but, ehn, don't do anything ya don't feel like doing. :)

Th 4RL deal's ridiculously awesome story summary

Mudflap and Skids stumble upon a diabolical plan hatched by Soundwave and Starscream to hypnotize innocent humans at the local Dancitron for their own evil gain--to hypnotize them into becoming mindless slaves so that they could harvest energon cubes as Megatron reveals the 2nd portion of this master plan: to bring Cybertron into Earth's orbit--with him on it, no less--to destroy the earth and harness the resultant release of free energy. Stuff blows up. This creates evil plant-like spores that wreck Megatron's plans and makes him take out his frustrations on his own troops ('I've got MORONS on my team!!!'). The Insecticons are written in at the last second to clean up the mess. Meanwhile Powerglide falls in love (with Sarah Silverman!!!) and stuff blows up. The Dinobots are written in at the last second (some of them transform into a bot mode, and some cannot transform at all), and they desert the Autobots, travelling to Cybertron with Sam and Mikaela in hot pursuit and help the Dinobots defeat Shockwave and foil Megatron's master plan. Rauol, Bebop and Rocksteady hold a dance-off to celebrate. Enraged, the newly written-in Blitzwing and Astrotrain take over a football team and the local transit system, respectively, to exact revenge against the Autobots and the local street youth. Danny Trejo cameos as a random tough guy. The plan is foiled when Astrotrain is destroyed after he runs into Dick Cheney (!!! on set during the filming of Bay's next big movie, Money Train 2), and Blitzwing extinguishes his own spark after finding out that you can't win the Big Game by punting on every down.

After this mild setback, Megatron creates the Robo-Smasher, which goes crazy at (again) the local Dancitron, where talent night is being conducted. The Robo-Smasher takes over the minds of a small-time local ska band...this leads to the ultimate super-weapon falling into Megatron's lap, as the Autobots must now stop Allegra, Basso Profundo and Zeebop Scandana (the possessed ska band) from releasing the ultimate doom of the harmonic weapon against all of creation. The plan is foiled when Autobot Jazz comes back from the dead to team up with Autobot Blaster to squash the harmonic weapon once and for all.

Lots of stuff blows up. Powerglide and Sarah Silverman have their love child, who turns out to be The Nightbird (voiced by Fran Drescher!!!). Nightbird teams up with TORQ III to turn Earth's machines against the Autobots and kick ass, while Megatron enlists the aid of an important businessman to turn the citizens of Earth against the Autobots as well (the businessman is played by Christopher Walken!!!) claiming that two members of their team are COMPLETE racist stereotypes, and then the Autobots are banished into deep space and set to travel directly into the sun. The plan is foiled when Bumblebee regains his speech (passionately proclaims: 'YOU BLEW IT UP!!!') and Meg Fox distracts Earth's citizens by giving us some full-frontal nudity.

On Sideswipe's hood.

With lots and lots of oil.

Megatron is finally killed after Sam Witwicky (AGAIN!!!) shoots him in the face with Optimus Prime's gun.

The end.

In all seriousness, though, I'd love for the next super-weapon in the Bayverse to be Nemesis Prime.

^^^ WOW! you combined everything that was silly about G1 with everything that is lame about "Bay-films" and it turned into the best-worst movie ever! :yay

In all seriousness, Nemesis Prime would be pretty cool... The question is: Is he a new character? The embodiment of the darkness in Optimus' spark? Or some kind of freaky Jekyl and Hyde-esque Multiple-Personality B.S.?

When you've sat through a non-stop barrage of nonsense like Red Zone Cuba, The Killer Tongue, Flesh-Eating Mothers, The Blood Waters of Dr. Z., Abby, Night of The Lepusand One-Man Force (not to mention season 3 of the G1 TF series!!!), stuff just happens. I'm surprised that I can still walk and chew gum after all that. The Decepticons in G1 were like the keystone cops who couldn't do much of anything right, and clearly did not read what the hagakure had to say about doing things in a DIRECT fashion, crafting some of the most labyrinthine and obtuse plots that my pride will allow me to recall.

I'd have Nemesis Prime as a separate character--the exact clone of Optimus Prime who is subjected to a tortuous and agonizing Decepticon conditioning process that takes everything that was good about Optimus Prime and twists and taints it...producing a super-warrior gone bad who has ALL of Optimus Prime's levels of strength, intelligence, battlefield planning/improvisation: in short, he'd be an evil Optimus Prime. I'd much prefer that to the introduction of Unicron or the Dinobots. Unicron should come much later, and Mike Bay should be kept from it on threat of death. If not Nemesis Prime, I'd introduce Project: Omega and the Combaticons (bringing back Bonecrusher and Brawl).

The thing about it is, the more I think about it, the Decepticons are their own 'Ultimate Weapons of Doom.' Jesus, Bayverse: just focus on them and make them the credible threats. No gimmicks for TF3. No dog and pony show. Just sure-footed Decepticons going all Billy Jack on the Autobots , and putting a whole lot of foot to ass. They are their very own WMDs.

^^^I definitely like the idea of the Combaticon team showing up at some point during the series, (Bruticus= SERIOUS WMD!)

...so long as Brawl can be voiced by John Dimaggio. :tfevil

...feeling the artist bug now...gotta toss out some sketches of some Bayverse Combaticons!!! But seriously: a Bayverse Bruticus could absolutely OWN.

Well, I've preached before that I want the next one to deal with sideline sitters and non-faction transformers, and the race to recruit them (Dinobots, Lockdown, and I know I am beating this to deaht, but DOUBLEDEALER!).

But if I had to pick a new MacGuffin...uh...the hate plague. Autobot against Autobot, and Optimus and Megs must team up together to fight the combined forces.

That would just be like a 28 days later for transformers...and i hate zombies, let alone zombie transformers..-.-

No doubt! But ya know...do you think the Combaticons could've possibly replaced the Constructicons in ROTF!?! :shrug
