My only rule is that I buy the ones I like, which usually ends up as mostly Decepticons *shrugs*

 

I'm picky on what I'll buy

1- buy each mold of the current toyline at least once;

2- buy a repaint if it's better;

3- buy when money is available;

4- open, display and transform as often as you want;

5- sell whatever you don't like anymore...

6- and buy new stuff with it!

7- don't waste money on older figures;

8- buy several smaller (and cool, possibly) figures instead of a big, high priced figure (anniversary prime = megatron + landmine + towline+ downshift + sharkticon....)

I respectfully disagree with #7. There are some awesome toys from BW, BM and RiD and even a few from G2 that I would recommend for any TF collector.

1. Buy what I want.

2. Open it if I want. Don't open it if I don't want.

3. Display it if I have room. Keep it in the big box if I don't, or don't want to.

4. Don't let anyone touch who doesn't know what they're doing.

 

Simple & Easy.

Rule 1: Buy what i like

 

Rule 2: Buy everything else
