They've actually made reference to Wheelie in the official SG fiction. He's a rather large warlord who ryhmes, and beat the crap out of Sky Lynx once. The author commented he imagines him as a redeco of Cybertron Crumplezone!

I like my idea of using Cyb. Megatron in legends class. He's small and stilla car in a cybertronian look. And has a kinda punk, rumble/frenzy-esque look to him

Woah! I totally love that Elita One / Override deco! Are some of these photoshopped (i.e. Cliffjumper) or is there toys with all these decos? I would say a few photoshopped. The ones i know they are not, are Armorhide, Powerglide, Prowl, & Camshaft.

 

I dont do the Shattered Glass thing other then read it. And Evilmus would get into it if he read it i think. Hes just into his own thing that makes sense to him i think. Anyways, i would have liked to the '08 set, but i dont have it so... (mostly Megs & Rodimus, Prime & Grimlock) ..although i could easily do without.

The most selfless Decepticon under Megatron’s command, Swindle would give the back plate off his torso unit if it was for a good cause. A former entertainer in the days before the war, Swindle found his calling in helping the displaced young of Cybertron. He founded “Swindle’s Protoforms”, a group which helps young disadvantaged Cybertronians around the planet. Once a solar cycle he broadcasts a live fundraiser which hosts acts by some of Cybertron’s most famous personalities. Carries a Pinpoint Rifle which fires a single precise shot, but takes a long time to aim. As a backup has a short range Lockup Pistol, which freezes his opponents joints.

To call Banzai-Tron flighty would be an understatement. His spark contains a deep-seated desire to express himself. To that end, he has recently taken on the study of an ancient Cybertronian dance form art form known as Tempolocution, which focuses on rythmic flexing his joints in unusual patterns while providing an intense light and sound show. So radical is this Decepticon dancer that he has decided to forgo the more physical aspects of learning the art, and instead has focused only on showmanship. When criticized about this, he curtly replies "I just need to express myself to the world for all to see." In gunboat mode, Banzai-Tron can travel at speeds up to 260kph. His primary weapons are four sonic missile launchers which can be turned to play music. The two launchers on the front can double as light show projectors. He also carries four short-range rockets with adjustable power settings that he uses to launch steamers in the air during his performances. Sometimes he becomes too focused on expressing himself and fails to see the whats going on around him. Has a dance for every occasion. Can break into long dance numbers in the middle of battle unless his comrades keep him in check, telling him to save it for his victory dance.

Universe Classic Ultra Powerglide (white) makes a good Shattered Glass Powerglide. Music Label Soundwave (Sonic White) is also good if you can afford it.
