Weren't one of the G1 Unicrons auctioned off at a previous Botcon? It's interesting to see two in the same place on display. Makes me wonder how many were produced. I have pictures of some painted dark brown, so that's three, possibly four. I'm also glad to see it transformed correctly. The Unicron on display back in '96 was seriously mistransformed. What do the electronics do? There's a wire running from the toy to the wall. Is there a demo button?

If I knew they were gonna do a Soundwave set with 4 tapes, I would have waited. I have the one from the first Classics line with just Ravage and Lazerbeak. I want all the tapes. lol. G1 Unicron looks like an Ore Bot in robot mode. His planet mode is the jam though!

Optics hit this too, but when I saw his planet mode, I also thought G1 Unicron resembles something we might see in Animated! I've seen the bot mode before, which does NOT look like anything in Animated or ANY other series...but is this the first time we've seen the planet mode? I honestly don't recall seeing it before...perhaps I missed that...

I've seen it before...

Anytime they take him out of the vault they show it.

It can also make you sound like Orson Wells :)

thats a big difference in size comparision between both of them
