Just had this in my hands at work, it is so much better in person than the photos make out, except for one flaw... The God-awful sound he makes.

I agree that most of the stuff will look better in person, but I can't get over Meg's arms, if those were fixed I'd be all over it.

Oh man, I saw Megatron and Prime on the shelf at my local Wal-Mart. If it wasn't for that whole roughly $50 price tag, I would have had them sitting next to my desk at work today. They are like what $49.88 or something like that. Gonna have to wait like everyone else next week since it is like what two days until pay day and I only get paid once a month.

 

As much as I liked how Megatron looks, I have to agree the voice on the toy isn't quite what it should be. Prime looked pretty as well. Little bit brighter paint apps that the original. That's a good thing.

I was gonna get Leader Megs, but I just decided not to. I like the Alt mode, and the legs in robot mode, but everything else is just eh. If there is one thing I hate it would be the sounds it makes with the simplest of movements. It was one the things I did not like about Leader Brawl, just turning the cannon would set it off, or RID Air Attack Optimus Primal, even when he was boxed up, that stupid roar/hover sound/whatever would just go off when moving the box around. Oh well, looks like I save $55, might use that towards UFC 2009.

i really wish they gave megatrons cannon arm an elbow joint, and i wish his gimp arm was more accurate to the movie. but the rest of the body is really great. i especially like the lack of kibble on this figure.

It shouldn't make sense since I didn't say anything about Megs having a button. Leader Brawl doesn't haven't a button either. It's all in the rotation of an object (limb/cannon/etc) that sets the noise off.
