Alt/Binaltech Shoulder Cannon

Recommended Posts

so far we havent heard anything from a new Smokescreen release by hasbro (new mold) (we havent even seen protos or testshots on ebay, while we are up to Ravage already) so it can't be illegal against Hasbro ans thus possible to make

It can be illegal if they got copyright protection, even if they don't release it. I know it's stupid but the law is the law.

Well, as CUSTOM PARTS are ok, why not just have, say, enlarged G1 double cannons, like Smikescreen USED to have? That way, they are not "copies" of an existing product.

If reprolabels reversed-engineered and then IMPROVED upon TF stuff, then we would all win (except peeps who really wanted a direct copy)!

Yeah, I have the new Smokes - the shoulder cannon could use some paint apps.

Does the cannon become part of the car mode in some way or at least be stored somewhere within the car mode? The missle of the launcher looks like it can be an exhaust but the launcher itself looks too big to be a part of the car.

Although making a bigger version of the G1 launchers would be cool, it would have to be scratchbuild first before it can be mold casted since you can only mold cast an exact replica.

the launcher clips onto the spoiler on either side of the car. its not hidden in the least.

As for casting a mold- you'd have to break the orignial- its assembled with no screws or rivets so it's most likely glued together. Wouldn't mind seeing a new scratch-built piece be made though, I'd love to have missile launchers for Jazz and Bluestreak.

With an enlarged version and a few extra details, it could be called a custom part. Wwho cares if they dont fit in the car mode.

It would be cool if they did, but anyway...lets get it on!

Even as a kid, I laughed about where Prime's Trailer went he Changed to robot mode. I eventually settled for "The Autobot storage Warpgate" (my pocket)

Yea just think we could have two cannons for smokescreen, slilverstreak and sideswipe had a cannon too. We could even use one on Hound if we could get it to fit.
