First Look at Revenge of the Fallen Leader Class Megatron

What are you not getting from my post? I said I don't trust anything the filmmakers have to say. You can go ahead and believe everthing they say, but I WON'T.

I already said I believe The Fallen is the same Character as the one from TF lore. However, let me repeat what I said earlier, this is NOT G1 or ANY OTHER Transformers Series. Its its own Universe. The filmmakers CAN and WILL make changes to that lore if they want to. Including perhaps changing the characterization of Jetfire's past being that as the Fallen.

What is so hard to understand? Why do you take what the filmmakers say as gospel?

The Fallen Teleports in a flash in that scene in the trailer. What tells you he won't teleport in a flash into another location (Air/Space Museum) and change his appearance? I will ask you what I have asked others, do you have a copy of the script in hand? Are you one of the filmmakers? If not than you, nor I know exactly what is going to happen in this film. We could all be wrong for all we know. However, notice I am not quick to blast someones opinion as false because i just don't know what the films story will end up being. Neither do you. You could disagree with me or agree with me, truthfully I don't care, but for you or anyone else on here to say I am wrong because the filmmakers said so should know better. Non of us really know the story. I am making theories based on observations and what little information on the film has been released. You are making claims solely on the merits of the filmmakers, whose Director himself claimed Megatron to not be in the film. If they lied about that, then what else are they lying/not being honest about? Is it possible they are not being truthful? honestly?

HEre's the thing that you're not getting though, Look closely at both movie characters' heads. They look nothing alike.. The Fallen's head looks a lot like the Decepticon emblem with a Pharoe's head dress surrounding it, as seen on the teaser poster.

Jetfire's head loks nothing like that. Thus., even if Jetfire's face looks similar to the DW G1 face of The Fallen, it looks nothing at all like the movie version's head. Secondly, The Fallen is the ultimtate evil. He's one of The Thirteen. The Thirteen are not limited to one reality or continuity. They're multiversal. Their appearance, may or may not change from reality to reality, but they are the same beings. The Falen of G1 is The Falen of the movie, is the Fallen of the UT, etc. Like Primus, his appearance may change, but he is still the same being no matter the reality. Thus, The Fallen is not going to side with the Autobots. He is not Jetfire. Jetfire and the Fallen are two completely separate characters. The Fallen is seeking revenge on all Cybertronians. He is the big bad guy in this movie.
