TF2: ROTF Teaser Trailer - Updated w/ Screen Caps!

:dclol Like I said, 1000 other TFs to choose from and he goes for that? :shrug

Devastator on the other hand is a bad ass. The BM vehicon. Not so much

Also I believe Devy has TWO wheels just like the toy. You can see the 2nd one is lifted behind him just under his face there:

It also looks he uses the 2nd wheel for something else here:

If there's a generous amount of him destroying the city, I'll be happy. Blackout's base attack was my favorite part of the first movie since it's something I've always wanted to see in a movie.

Lots of robot fighting too. I HATED when just as you start to get into an awesome Barricade/Bumblebee throwdown in the first movie, it cuts to boring ol Frenzy-attacking-stupid-humans scenes. and you never see the 2 big bots go at it anymore. It sucked!

Yeah I hated that. Also have to add the Prime/Megatron fight. I wanted to see it in its entirety. I hated when Blackout shows up and you see Prime and Megs fighting in the background as if it isn't important to see whats happening.

I hope and have a feeling Prime will suffer ala Jesus in Passion of the Christ. If the shot of him having his face-mask smashed is any indication. I want to see him manhandled. Beaten, completely abused by Megatron and the rest of the Decepticons. i expect him to be either killed or shut down as already stated earlier. I hope this film is dark ala Empire Strikes Back and Primes death is like Han being frozen in Carbonite.......leaving us on a cliffhanger wondering whats in store for Part 3.

While I personally have no problem with the one wheeled guy, others might. I can see why anybody in their right mind could be against this. It's just not traditional to see a one wheeled Transformer that looks like he got his legs blown off and had to improvise by adding a wheel for mobility. Maybe on Go Bots !! Please don't bring up the G1 people in this. I know SOME of you whine about us die-hard G Wunners in here, but face it, no G1, no other crappy series. :dclol

Seriously, where would Bay get such a stupid idea?

Thanks for the heads up. I've never watched beast machines (probably never will). It's still kind of a silly idea, but that is my opinion. I'll roll with it (no pun intended), since I haven't seen the movie yet. No need to knock it yet.

It would seem lobbing criticism at Bay for what is and is not traditional Transformers when you're not familiar with all aspects of the franchise would be a silly thing to do.

You saying such things seems like a silly idea to me. I posted my opinion. Yes, I didn't follow Beast Machines, but that was my preference. I was probably collecting and dealing with this series while your soul was in Limbo waiting to be born. But in reality, you sound like the typical BAY FAN BOY.

I'm a Transformers fanboy, period. Bay and G1...which, BTW, I was totally and completely alive for and of an age to be collecting and watching, not that it matters...alike.

The difference between you and me is I don't comment on what is and is not "Transformers" while being uneducated about the whole of the franchise.

Bay and G1 are actually more alike than not.

This.

Watched the first movie again last night.

Still holds up well but needed more OMFG Barricade/Sam moments

Budgetary restraints obviously had a lot to do with why TF1 was as limited as it was and why we only had select scenes of battling transformers. My biggest beef despite this is the scene after Bumblebee gets his legs blown off and Jazz just sits there in alt mode only to be pushed away by Sam. Very uncharacteristic of Jazz after being all "we have to save Bumblebee" or whatever it was. Despite any of the other scenes this one just bugs the hell out of me still.

I hope this one allows for a lot more Transformer action/fights/chases with more transformations in between so the alt modes actually seem viable and not just its a car driving around. The Barricade somersaulting through the burning building is exactly what I want to see this time around.

The difference between you and me is you can't be happy when someone accepts, and thanks you for dropping some knowledge on them. Your ego keeps you going and going. Because someone doesn't follow a certain installment in a series does not make them "uneducated" as a whole. I post "MY" opinion. If you don't like "MY" opinion, then don't comment about it. Seems to me, you like to stir the pot. My suggestion is for you to pull that tree branch out from within you and carry on with your "merry" ways. As I said before, I don't like the idea, but I will roll with it, plain and simple.

So the trailer was just pure fun to me. It had more robots then humans and things look to be going a darker direction. I hope all of this remains true when the movie comes out. I want to see more robot action!

I always thought that scene was weird too. I figured he would have been kneeling down at BB's side in robot form. I guess it was cheaper just to have the real car back up out the way. I would also like to see more personalities with the Decepticons. Some snide comments from Starscream would be great !!!

Don't expect any. This isn't supposed to be G1 starscream after all.

I wanna hear Soundwave's voice. See if it's still heavily robotic and monotone. And to see if his Earth mode has 2 eyes and a mouth. Like the concept art showed. Since the Ravage seen there was very close to that concept image. Soundwave surely can't be much different from it either.

And seriously....Jetfire. where is he already?!
