My Alt Sunstreaker

Recommended Posts

I have seen the kitbashes that everyone has done and wanted to try my hand at it. I wasnt really satisfied with the Yellow on Tracks and then was pissed when I found out, a day after my auction ended, that they were going to release a blue one in the binaltech line. So going over some pictures I discovered that Tracks head more closely resembles the actual head of Deadend, and that with the yellow paint job the Tracks body would make a good Sunstreaker. Also before doing I discovered alot of similarities between the Tracks body and the G1 body of Sunstreaker. So here you go, let me know what you guys think.

I always give props to people who can afford to kitbash BTs. :)

Anyway...:)

Good stuff. Deadend looks hot with the head, SS looks kinda of weird on Track's body, I guess I'm just used to seeing it on a viper :)

Nonetheless, good stuff.

Thanks.

Also I am still getting used to the head switch myself, in person Deadend looks a little stocky, so I keep the doors to the back and up a little to slim down the frame.

Wow, that head really does fix DeadEnd for me :thumb

And the BT Tracks into Sunstreaker takes no painting other than the head, so it's a really easy bash, yet still an impressive one at that. Me Likey :D

I considered the head switch, but with Tracks being probably the thinnest alternator, and Deadend/Swipe being the widest, it just didn't look right to me...Deadend's head is practically the width of Track's torso...so it was on to repainting, for me...here's another angle of mine...
