It's a re-issue of an exclusive by the same people who did it 5 years ago, it's not a mass release, so I don't see what the hubbub is about not seeing the point. Besides, Sunstorm is technically a G1 character, even if he didn't become one until 20 years after the innitial run of G1.

Hey, if you like retcon, that's cool. Just don't force your beliefs on me, man.

Brother, would you like to hear the story of our RoboJesus and his appearance to the Native Americans? God told me about it while I had my head stuck in a sack.

*sense possible photoshop subject*

Sunstorm would be nice.. as if I need a 7th seeker jet repaint.. :roll

Wow, guess I'm the only one excited about this! Here's a figure I passed on initially, which has since become an important part of the mythos (albeit retroactively), all the while becoming ever more pricey and elusive. But along comes e-hobby and says "fear not, for all is not lost!" and offers up a reissue of this spectacular TF. Not only does it ease the regret I felt for missing out on Sunstorm in the first place, but it fills me with anticipation for future e-hobby reissues. *prays for BT Mirage*

Now I just have to find a way to buy the damn thing...

Takara based Sunstorm on a background Seeker that appeared in the very first episode of the cartoon as pictured here (on the far left):

Thus, he is indeed a G1 character. He just didn't get a name of toy until years later. He is G1 though. The only thing I don't like about this reissue is that it is more "orange" than the first issue, which was more yellow.

OMG I NEVER KNEW THAT
