Which mode do you guys think that the new Grimlock prefers, car or robot? I only say this b/c G1 Grimlock enjoyed hanging out in dino mode. I never read the DW comic, so I do not know which mode War Within Grimlock prefers. Anyway, what do you guys think?

At what point, and for what reason, did the word "Gestalt" become synnonymous with the word "Combiner?" It's a simple question that's been bugging me since I joined this board. Someone shed some light on the origins of that word, please.

So Wednesday through this morning they finally show the three episodes that were online for a while, and I'm thinking 'Cool! Monday should be all new stuff- maybe get the last 7 or 8 episodes and see the end of the series!' but when I check the showing on Cartoon Network.com, I find that Monday they wrap around YET AGAIN to the first @#$%ing episode. At this rate, that means it will be late MARCH before they'd get to that place in the series again. :tfmad This habit of 'repeat everything seen fo far, toss out 2-3 new episodes, then go back to the begining, repeat, repeat, etc' is annoying.

Some time about a year or so back, Dreamwave (Pat Lee? Simon? James & Adam?) commented on their plans to incorporate the Japanese-only Transformers into their G1 universe. I recall something along the lines of "we're gonna use 'Cybertrons' and 'Destrons' as the ancestors of the Autobots and Decepticons". Now, my question is: Where was this response published? Was it a) An online interview (maybe at Transfandom? Their articles are still offline, unfortunately)? b) An interview in Wizard Magazine (the one that had Pat Lee's take on Japanese-only characters)? c) One of DW's letters pages? A direct confirmation of the source, if possible even including a link o…
