Upgrades

The episodes with Infero becoming a Decepticon fascinated me, and I have decided to pay homage to this darker Inferno by kitbashing him. So here's what I want to do. I'm going to take an Energon Inferno, take him apart, paint every color of him darker, make his eyes green, replace his spark and his insignia, and apply antiqueing to make him look dirtier and worn. What he would look like if he had become fully Decepticon. The only problem I have right now is, where am I going to find a Decepticon symble that's the same size, can be easily moved and applied to Inferno's shoulder? If you have any thought on how I can accomplish this, please let me know.

I see some of you here are much better bashers than others, I am just wondering, I have had a LOT of modeling experience, mainly jets and planes, but I have been thinking of doing some things, I just need help in the raw materials department. Stuff for original molds and such. Anyone know the kind of resins used? The stuff that some of the repro websites use? I've done molding before, but mostly plaster and such. Can anyone help? I have a couple of scratch builds I'd like to do.

Here's is yet another Alternators Sunstreaker. Dead End was suppose to be Sunstreaker, so it's a no brainer to do this even if it's not original. So, here is my version of it.

Alright, I picked up the Galaxy Defender "Giant Tankbot", and I have an idea to turn it into a Blitzwing. BUT, I need a head, and I have no idea how to do molds or the like. So, could anyone get me in contact with someone who does pretty good head molds?

who was it that did the kit bash sunstreaker from an Alternator Dead end? was is bodycount? thinking about doing the samething... just picked up a busted box Deadend for 10 bucks at Walmart... and now All I need is that paint that he uses...

I was watching the NASCAR race on Sunday and thought tha it would be neat to see Mirage as an Alternator. He could have a Stock Car as his alternate mode and use the Sideswipe/Dead End Transformation scheme. If anyone could whip up a Digibash so I can see what it'd be like, I'd really appreciate it. :tfevil
