Upgrades

took me longer than expected, but he's finally done.

Well, he's not quite done yet, as I still have a lot of detail work to do, but here's my attempt at a repainted Storm Jet w/ matching limbs. All hand-painted, and having a lot of trouble with paint not drying on the rubber wings and stabilizers. Any advice would be appreciated. A HUGE thank you to TransFan#1 for helping me get all the Treadshots and Storm Jets!

Thoughts on reproduction accessories for Alternators- As it stands there are a number of reproduction accessories for the Alternator/Binaltech line showing up and I think its a great thing. From reproduction stickers from Reprolabels.com to people making replacement gun barrels for windcharger's neutered rifle. Fanmade add ons are something that have been done for other lines, but these somehow seem more viable, am I the only one who feels this way? I want to run down the list of what I've currently seen available, and if I've missed anything I'd love to hear about them, because I'd like to try to get as many of these as possible. ***Reproduction stickers …

Someone should take the BT Windcharger and copy his weapon shaft, the part Hasbro didnt want us to have and make copies or their own version or something. I would pay a couple bucks for such a thing since he seems foolish without it in there. Just an idea. I'm sure someone could do it. Chris

The only gun mode I've see is the one on Remy's site. It looks nice but it doesn't look very stable. This is my version of his gun mode.

I always wanted to give him two arms and Armada Megatron's Shoulders. Looks kind of weird after I finally got to actually see what it would look like.

Has anyone triedto dye mp prime parts. Were you sucessfull? How did you do it do the parts did not warp? Are there any instructions for taking mp prime apart? how about his head? Thanks.

So I'm still stuck on seeing an Alternators Combiner in the form of Menasor (or an Autobot equivalent using cars). I've managed to make Sideswipe and Smokescreen interchangeable as both a decent arm and leg. All the arms are missing ('sides being able to connect to a main torso) is the hands. Is there a figure out there with alternator quality hands that are on the same scale as an alt. combiner? I'm thinking a figure the size of E. Scorponok or bigger, but I don't know for sure. Engine weapons could be replaced by engines that "transform" into detachable hands.... but where would they go in 'bot mode? An Alternator combiner's hands then would have to be fully i…
