I figured he'd show up around xmass, but now ricochet is a shelf warmer with sideswipe no where to be found. It's already strange that he isn't out, given his popularity and the fact that the mold has already been in use. I wonder if this is the first real sign of TRU going out of business, a TRU and/or Hasbro response to poor sales or if it's jsut typical hasbro distribution. P-

Well I grabbed Mudflap at Target today. Have to say I'm pretty impressed overall. His robot mode is bulky yet still well-articulated, and his transformation is a nice departure from the usual front-end-chest or feet designs we've seen for so long. He's the first Cyb I've gotten who actually has 2 totally different cyberkey features (guys like Leobreaker don't count because it's just activating the claw sets separately) but as I've found with many of these TFs I find the features lacking. A missile launcher pops out of his cab, ho hum. And that saw? WTF?!? The crane arm is so damn long there'd be no way for him to wield it with any skill (which we see when he…

I was reading the Takara Collection #0 Optimus Prime and what I read simply amazed me. People were willing to shell out $50 + for a toy that shouldn't cost more than $30 to begin with. What's more, I found two really disturbing things regarding this figure: 1. Many were justifying the ridiculously high price being asked for this figure - anywhere from $150 to $250 was considered as "normal" on the secondary market, simply because it is a copy of the original Optimus Prime. 2. Many who purchased a copy of the original Optimus Prime already have more than one of the said toy in their collection, i.e. the original G1 toy itself or the New Year's version. What's more,…

So since Ligerjack/liobreaker was such a huge letdown as far as his "arm" mode goes, are there any other plans to take better use of the massive arm socket on Prime and Megs? I'd like to see one with a huge gun or something useful, other then a mishapen mutant arm.

I didn't even know Remy had this and that it was even made. This version looks so much better than the original Nitro Convoy. I like the clear pars on the feet and the overall Nemesis Prime Color Scheme.
