Chalk this one under 'news to me'. I had no idea Gundam influence in the transformers line goes all the way back to at least 1990. Maybe earlier.http://unicron.us/tf1990/toypics/skyfall.htm Look at the tech spec and card art. It's even more blatantly so. :) http://tfu.info/1990/Autobot/Skyfall/fcarded.jpg So off the top of my head: Actionmaster Skyfall Energon Mirage Energon Omega Supreme (the ship) Galaxy Force Blender What other ones are there? Edited for clarity.

Apparently, Target has decided to raise the price of Deluxes. Not only are they raising the prices to $34.99, but they are making a Deluxe Optimus Prime! If this is the price of Deluxes, I am definitly not going to be able to afford Primus or Metroplex... I have attached a picture of the ad.

Not having Galaxy Force Demolishor, I don't really have a standard for comparison, but I just recently bought Cybertron Mudflap, and I must say, it has quite a few fatal flaws. Firstly, there's the saw. I think this has been discussed before, but the bendy saw quite frankly sucks. It doesn't stay up, and it curves slightly downward--far from menacing. Likewise, the spring on his gun also sucks, and it doesn't even hold itself up/flush to his forearm in robot mode. Also, the feet suck. I don't know how Demolishor is, but Mudflap's feet have no tension whatsoever, and the slightest tap on the top of his feet bends them backward. My last two real gripes: The neck--how…

Anybody ever buy a TF even if it's broken (and not use it as parts?) I did it only if it's the only TF left on the shelf and I know it's going to be discontinued. Case in point, Energon Ultra Magnus. The part that was broken was the hip - somebody snapped it and returned it, but I bought it anyway at the time, even though I knew there were more coming in.

i was at work last night just surfing our inventory with the manager and we both found Listings for both the Star Wars Transformers line and the Beast Wars Anniversary Figures :D. Both have a January Arrival Date and will be $19.99 CDN. This was the first time ive seen these listed anywhere besides Target, so the first for Canadian Fans. IMO the BW figs are at a great Price! especially seeing that last year Energon Deluxe Figures cost 17.99 just by themselves and now for just 2 dollars more you also get an Episode and a piece to transmutate.

Some of you may remember that I sent away for the Brave Max parts set from JD Productions. They had supposedly sent me a set twice that I never recieved. To their credit, they sent it to me a third time (registered mail). So, now I finally have it. There are those that say that these reproductions are brittle. To be fair, many resine reproduced figures are such. So, I will treat them with care. I am pleased with the mold quality. The finer details of Cog, and Max's weapons are preserved. I did have to do some trimming on a few edges, but the exacto knife worked like a charm. Verdict: As I've said, I am pleased with these reproduced parts. No…
