i had a broken Jazz - and a broken waist Mirage (glued) so yeah...sniff.

they were nice.....

I don't think that I'd go out and buy a broken toy unless

a) it's not really "broken", and it'd be an easy and painless fix

b) it's a rare figure; I might not be likely to come across another one in my lifetime

c) I just need parts for repairs or a custom

But... none of the above happen all that often anyways...

Does it count if someone sends you a broken Transformer? :P

:grr

I have often bought a broken transformer in order to restore it. I did so with two broken jetfires, combining them into one, as well as several other g1 toys.

never for me :redface

i prefer to get MIB...

i prefer to get MIB...

I almost always go for MISB or MIB on ebay.

I brought a box off Tfs on ebay, and half were broken/missing parts.  So I'm going to keep them for maybe kitbashes, or space parts.

does it count if its just missing pieces, if so i scored a primal prime the red and blue one for 50 cent

yeah, i buy stuff in various conditions, i like to fix and restore them, a now complete bw scavenger and two junkers can atest to that, among others
