Ok, so I have been looking over my collection, and I have to say some of my absolute favorite Transformers are the ones that have old-timey alt mods. For example, I just got done giving my Highbrow figure WWII style paint apps to really make him stand out. I think ROTF Bludgeon is one of the coolest voyagers in the entire line. I love love love Ransack, and I bought Skids/Mudflap deluxe purely because they become a 1950s ice cream truck. I think that producing more Transformers that have historical alt modes would be a great way for Hasbro to really break out and come up with some original, amazing designs. Is anyone else with me? Color me stupid but it just dawned on me. I was re-reading thru All Hail Megatron and realised that in the scene where the Wreckers reunite with the other Autobots and Jazz proves why he was left in charge, Kup recognizes "Special Ops" training in his attacks. If you look at the model of the toy compared to the comic you even understand why they chose to use that facial expression that everyone seems to not like on the toy. Going further thru I see that the recently released Wheeljack is a direct representation of his appearance in the AHM as well. Kup too. My list would start with Classics Astrotrain, Universe Octane, and Universe Hotshot. All fantastic figures that should get more attention for their scult and amazing mechanics. Hotshot's jolt minicon is pretty bad in bot mode, but his copter mode is awesome and detailed well. All three of these classics universe figs should get more attention IMO

I was just wondering if he has an orange barrel or not? Some product sample pics has him with orange, wel as one figure I seen in a figure review had a norml grey barrel on him. So what is it?

wondering if there's a website to help collectors verify whether figures are actual vintage figures and not the reissue figures or knock offs. I've done some searching and can't seem to find anything.

Yesterday I came across and picked up what will be a few of my Sweeps figs. But to distinguish them from Scourge, there's got to be something different. I had decided to either paint a part of them another color, or something. I'm not sure. I just thought I'd ask my fellows for some ideas.

With 2 days to go before the official unveiling of the final Stunticon member in this year's BotCon set, there's been alot of speculation about which mold would be used. This was the latest from Twitter: So at this point they're just messing with us. Here's what can be safely assumed. He likely will be a voyager, as past boxed sets included 4 deluxes and a voyager. He also will have a retooled head (whichever mold is used). Outside of that, it's anyone's guess. What's your guess? I'm banking on Optimus Prime. Motormaster was a semi in G1.
