I have elaborate battle scenes with buildings and small people. I have fishing line tide to some to make them flay and wire coated in white fur that looks like missle smoke for missle in flight. Some TFs are battle damaged some outright destroyed (only ball jointed ones) and Buildings desimated. My Primes except the two extras i bought for the battle are on a shelf with Unicron and Alts: Smokescreen and Sideswipe and my PVC figures. So what about the rest of you? Oh and POST 150!! Woot

The other day I was thinking about a decent reason for why energon weapons can activate armada gimmicks apart from the compatibility stuff. I finallycame up with this reason: The transformer uses the enrgy from the energon weapon as a substitute for the power a minicon would give normally. What do you guys think of this idea?

My Hasbro Dirge Reissue arrived mint in sealed box and one of the black connectors for the wings (on the body) was in the wrong way around. The effect of this is that one wing is lower than the other! Anyone else have this problem???

I was looking at TFU when I found these Overload: http://www.tfu.info/1989/Autobot/Overload/overload.htm I also found a toy who is nearly exactly like demolishor and blackout, one of them being called blackout and looking the same as Armada blackout. It has the same gimmick as demolishor (The fitting between demolishors treads one). There are more, I found them ages ago on several sites.

Just picked up both of these fabulous figures from my local toy store. I have to say that Silverstreak was above my expectations though. The silver body and "off-silver" rims really makes the car look good. I'm sure that some of you are probably saying to yourself that it's just a repaint of BT Smokescreen, but if you look at the remolded bumper, wings, rims, steering wheel "righthand drive", head, etc. it is worth the money in my opinion. As for Hound, I have to say that I like him quite a bit because it's unique. Most of the Autobots have been cars up to this point, but they really did a good job in the jeep mold. Keep up the good work! (Now, if only they will do …

On the top and bottom of the box for Grapple, it reads Auotbot Grapple. Wonder how that slipped passed quality assurance.

Well, here it is................................. Armada Sideswipe is not the worst tf ever. I actually quite like him. I expected the worst when I bought him, but he is a fun toy. His interaction with his minicon rocks, I like tfs who can hide in other tfs. His robot mode is a bit ugly but he is still better than many other tfs. He isn't the greatest but he does not deserve the flaming he gets. I give him a B+.

I would love to see armada Hoist remolded and recoloured into G1 Scavenger. I really love Hoist as a toy but I don't like the face and the colours are a bit 60's with the brown, off whites and orange. I would like his minicon to be recoloured as scrapper because I really like his minicon too.

I'm just wondering whether people will be picking these two up. I'm hoping to pick them both up for individual robots, but their powerlinx forms I'm not sure about. Personally, Tow-line reminds me of G1 Ironhide, even though I've only ever seen the movie.
