i think towline might be a real big sleeper in this line. goofy paint scheme aside i think he'll become one of the favorite toys in the entire line once people get their hands on him. throw in the potential for an ironhide/ratchet repaint :thumb and the possibilities are endless.

Downshift is probably the best looking Energon Deluxe so far (G1 references aside). Tow-line looks decent, but I will wait until the repaint. Oh, you haven't heard about the repaint? Neither have I but this is Hasbro. I'm pretty sure we will get one that will have a G1 influence.

I'm with madman, I think towline looks really cool. You may not be keen on the sphinx mode, but that allows for so many more possiblities. I think he looks really good in van and robot mode, as well. I do hate the paint scheme though. Hopefully we get news of a repaint before I break down and get the current one.

I voted for just Downshift, as I am beginning to get limited on my shelf space, but then again, knowing me, I'll probably get both. :tflaugh1

I want both so bad... heck, I want all the figures except the Energon Saber (have original Star Saber), Jetfire(heard he sucks...), and I'm not too keen on Signal Flare either. I'm undecided on Ironhide. Unfortunately, at this point, I only own Rodimus. I thought I would be getting SS tonight, but mom's being stupid. The Wal-Mart is literally across the street from the eye doctor for pete's sake!

downshift is really cool and towline is the PERFECT medic needed. Hopefully and darker repaint so I can have an evil medic!!
