Pre-Transformers

Hi, I decided post this here because I didn't know where else in the forum it would go. I recently acquired a old transforming spaceship that is definitely not from the TF toyline. On the side of the ship are stickers that read "shaider vavilos". I tried looking it up online to get some information on it and all I found was dead ebay links. Can anyone tell me some info on this thing and maybe an idea of its worth? I can provide pics if need be. It's in ok condition. Pictures would probably do better than words. Howdy folks. I was wondering if anyone could help me get a better understanding of some Transformer-like things I have (and will probably be looking to sell). First up is a Kronoform thingy by Takara: http://viscous.com/e/kronoform.JPG I guess there was a whole line of these? The other thing right now is in the bootleg-ish Star Warrior line: http://viscous.com/e/starwarrior1.JPG Star Warrior 2 was a Deathsaurus KO, but this one, I'm not sure if it was really a KO of anything else or was original. Anyone know the past of this toy? Thanks for any tips :)

I was just going through some old files, and I came across the 9 Alternator knockoff's, that are totally new color skemes. Had the idea about what I might do if they (whom ever THEY may be) made high quality knock off's of the G1 cars? Would I (or any one else) search high and low, what colors might they be, and how much? Granted they already made some recolors of the G1 line, as far as I know they sold pretty well. Only one I am missing is Hauller (of the ones I still want or don't need since I already have the original Diaclone variant version). Would we get some fan interest and someone make a Red Mirage? Or would it be something totally original, and …

Anyone know where I can get diaclone toys and parts other than ebay and yahoo japan. To be honest I am just sick of auction sites.

Hey. I just hung some new shelves and reset some of my collection. I am beginning to think that my future collection shelf is going to have to be VERY big indeed. Have a lot more in storage and the shelf is rather full.

In my recent obcession with this toy/character, I had the idea that if there was ever a chance someone could hoax a Diaclone, it'd be this one. Color variations is a simple spray of red paint, and the blue windshield. The face is easially swapped out. And stickers are also simple enough. What other G1 could possibly be hoaxed into a variant? Mirage with a face plate? Hound with a different head?

Might as well do a ROLL CALL for the Kronoform cars. Were there any watches not released that MM had? Color variations?

Looks nice! Box is still sealed, although crushed at one end a little bit Sorry for the fuzzyness - not the best of camera's I own! Is he rare? (anymore so than a boxed diaclone anyway!)

Is there any information about the differences between French and Japanese Diaclone, as well as Italian Trasformer? I have a Diaclone New Countach LP500S Police Type, but I do not know if it is the Japanese or Italian version. I think I read someplace that some have different stickers. Any ideas?
