I hate when I have to change a plan for a review. All the pictures I've seen comparing UW Groove to CW Groove show no difference in deco. In hand there is a slight difference in shade between the red of the head lights, and the blue of the windscreen. Other than that both Grooves are identical, kinda wish I knew that back in December. If you're looking for Groove you might have a bit of a wait, since most stores won't be getting the figure in until October.

The weather is warming up, kids are getting out of school, parents are praying for a quick, painless, dea... hey it's new Transformers series time! Wheelie is a great update to the rhyming, wild child from G1, with the bonus of a cockpit for a Titan Master. Vehicle mode can be a bit fiddly but holds together well. I thought Rewind would suffer from the same problem as Buzzsaw, not reaching its full potential due to it's integration with the Titan Masters. I was wrong, Rewind is a fun toy all on its own and adding a Titan Master adds to the fun. If you're only going to buy one figure I have to give the nod to Wheelie, its the best bang for your buck, for the price.

DX9 have developed a reputation for producing very good-looking, high quality and enjoyable Masterpiece-scale transforming figures that bring them more fans with every subsequent release. Having grabbed attention with their Invisible car robot figure as first to market at MP scale, they followed it up with the brilliant Chigurh, exceptional Carry and popular Tyrant. Now they tackle yet another triplechanger, one who they could not afford to make a mess of with KFC’s Ditka looking as pretty as it does. How have they fared with one of the original two evil triplechangers, the one they call D-08 ”Gewalt”? DX9 D-08 Gewalt | Source Blog <- CLICK TO READ All t…

14 months ago back in March 2015, I did a video discussing my Masterpiece Moments for the TF MP figures in my collection. There have been quite a few additions to the MP collection since then so I though it was time for me to do the next episode and go through my Masterpiece Moments for all the latest figures since that time. Takara have pumped out about one figure per month since then, albeit mostly repaints. Hope you can check out my thoughts on these Masterpiece figures :)

See what you might be missing out on...or dodged a bullet on.
