Well, color me surprised. I thought Hasbro would never release the Takara version of Blast Off in a more G1 shuttle design, but here we are experiencing a Blast Off that not only features a toy accurate paint scheme, but benefits from some mold tweaks introduced with UW Strafe. I'm really glad I picked up this mold again and if you've yet to experience shuttle Blast Off it's definitely worth a look.

The full review for BadCube's OTS-14 SteamRoll is up. http://kumastyledesigns.com/badcube-steamroll-review/ This one was a fun one to break down as it's definitely a piece with its highs and lows. The review goes into good depth but overall I'd say it's a solid piece and good buy but not likely to be the last SideSwipe figure you'll purchase even if a better one is years out. Meteor aka Unofficial Starscream had many months to shine. Now let's see what Maketoys version of Thundercracker and Skywarp have to offer.

Power Surge Sideswipe is part of the simplified line of RID figures. Sideswipe is a chunky robot, that reminds me of 80s Transformer. Activating the sounds is a bit awkward, with or without the Minicon attached. Most collectors will pass on this but I can really see kids enjoying it.

He's back!
