Hasbro CEO Says Trump Tariffs Could Mean Higher Toy Prices Coming Soon
This problem goes back to when they let the CCP into the WTO back in 2000. The CCP has been violating international trade ever since, up to and including outright theft of tm and copyrighted goods, causing billions of dollars worth of damage to countries, companies and individuals around the world. Do you know the CCP owns every company in China, and they use suicide nets on thier factory buildings because the working conditions are so terrible that many ppl jump to their deaths over there? I order a fair amount of stuff from bbts and would gladly pay more in tariffs if it meant leveling the international playing field. But I take exception to the outright ignorant and selfish statement bbts made and will take my business elsewhere now.

Where's the laugh button? Look at the waffles in those arms, and does it just lay down to "transform?" Pathetic Hasbro!

Enjoyed this video. I have my choices for figures I want for 2025, namely, Sureshot and Horri-bull, would be a good start.

2025 Studio Series 86 Devastator Combiner Team News & Discussion Topic
I'll be so glad to get rid of that goofy Longhaul from cw's with this ss86 version. Now I'm really interested in what Hasbro does with the Combaticons. I suppose it's too much to ask for Hasbro to redo all the combiners like Computron, Defensor, Abominus, Monstructor, Piranacon and Predaking.

I was excited to hear we are getting Horri-bull and maybe there's still hope for Sureshot, too.

Transformers Age Of The Primes Superion News & Discussion Topic
At first, fuzzy glance, I'm not sure how I feel about a bulky Superion. The same build I could tolerate with the ss86 Devastator, I find hard warming up to with this Superion. I'll reserve judgment until we get better photos. This does not fill me with the desire to rid myself of my CW Superion though, not yet anyway.

MCM London Transformers, More Reveals From Hasbro Pulse Coming Next Weekend
It seems Hasbro is toast. They are moving from there 30,000 Sq foot office in Pawtucket to a 8,000 square foot office in Boston. Their new focus is going to he "digital " over physical toys. This should be interesting to say the least. I feel so bad for John W. but now it all makes sense. I suppose at some point Hasbro will stop making toys altogether and, I don't know, outsource tf's or maybe there just won't be any official tf's made anymore. RIP Hasbro 2024.

2025 Studio Series 86 Devastator Combiner Team News & Discussion Topic
I'm going to get this Megatronus and this new Devastator as well. I'm not interested in a ss86 Megatron as I'm in for the 3rd party Romulus as my ss86 Megatron. I'm mostly chug, with a few 3rd party ti fill in the gaps, ie. Dx9 for my Powerglide, and xtransbots for my Windcharger and Tailgate. I'm still looking for replacements to match the new scale for my minibots for Outback and Swerve. Hopefully a new Seapray is in the works. I'm interested in what's in these "AoP's" other than new combiners and the 13 Primes. I guess I'm still looking for Sureshot, Horri-bull, and maybe Dogfight, Backstreet and the like.

NYCC 2024 Transformers News & Discussion Topic
The NYC comic-con was worth the wait. There's lots of tf's I'm gonna buy. 😆 🤣 Hasbro sure isn't a company in total disarray that's not constantly begging me to come back and buy tf's in my email. My wife didn't say to me, "Wow, you hardly bought any tf's over the last two years!" I didn't say back, "They're putting out nothing but crap no one wants."

Transformers ONE 2024 Animated Feature Film News & Discussion
I owe Hasbro an apology. I was adamant I would not see TF-1 cause the previews looked patronizing and stupid, but my wife and I had no power for four days because of the storm here in SW Virginia and went to see TF-1 only because there was literally nothing else to do. And we absolutely loved it. This movie was such a pleasant surprise that we are going to see it again this week. This is a close second to the '86 movie for me and is an instant buy when it hits dvd/bluray. I only worry that due to poor box office numbers, it won't get a sequel, as it definitely should.

Hasbro Pulse Con 2024 Transformers News & Discussion Topic
Grahf, you made excellent points, and I got a chuckle at how you ended. Hasbro has been sending me, "hey, where have you been?" Spam-mail lately, and to tell you the truth, I have bought very little tf's from Pulse or anywhere else in 2024, which had already seen a steady decline year after year for several years now. It's not financial constraints, though I think my wife is happier to see a spending reduction. The real reason for me is exemplified by these latest Hascon "reveals." I'm not interested in any of these and until Hasbro gets it's act together, I won't be buying anything more from them, and I used to spend at least a thousand a year or more per year for the past decade or so. You can't tell Mr that Hasbro can't use "Selects" to give us some obscure characters like Dogfight, Horri-bull, or Backstreet, just to name a few, at least one a quarter. Going back to my wife, she said to me recently, "wow, you hardly bought any Transformers this year!" Her saying that really got me thinking and I got frustrated me about Hasbro's lack of direction. They may find that when you alienate your customers for too long, they might not ever come back. I've lost hope that we'll see an updated Outback, Windcharger, Tailgate, or Powerglide, again, just to name a few, and that's poor product planning and execution. I can deal with a lot of things, like poor qc, but just ignoring fans and then insuling them with tf "reveals" like what we just got, yeah, I'll keep laughing and deleting your emails begging me yo come back...for now. You better right the ship, Hasbro, cause I'm guessing if I feel this way, so do many others, too.

NYCC 2024 Transformers News & Discussion Topic
I just heard that Hasbro has pulled back on revealing Devastator, and probably all the other new goodies for next year at Hascon the end of this week in lieu of revealing it next month in NY. To this, I ask, if Hasbro doesn't care enough about their own event to show the real fans the goods, than why should I? I was excited for this year's Hascon, but now, I think I'm skipping it all together.
