  1. Thats actually cheap compared to the online price. I play Extended and Classic constructed so the cards I play are usually cheaper. But like Mind's Desire is cheap in real life, hella expensive online.
  2. I tell you what. At one time I agreed with you, but MTGO has plenty to merit it as well. As they release old sets online, you get a huge sense of nostalgia when you open a pack and see familiar cards. Im counting the days when the Urza block starts. Also, no more carrying around a bunch of cases or books full of cards. Your entire collection can be accessed anywhere there is internet/PC with MTGO. Creating decks on MTGO is waaaay easier. At a click you can have any card in your collection ready to be added to a deck. As opposed to the constant digging through piles of cards which Im sure every Magic player is familiar with ie: "Where is my 4th Counterspell damnit!?!?" And the economy is different. Which is both good and bad. Certain cards are more expensive IRL then they are Online and vice versa. Finally it's impossible to not find a game. Sure you could attend FNM in real life but you can get on MTGO any day of the week and play at a whim. I love playing either way and find that both have their advantages and disadvantages. Either way Magic is awesome.
  3. Then there is no hope for mankind. Can you break an Exodus for me?
  4. You are a robot from the future, returned to buy all things that will be valuable in said future.
  5. I stopped playing for lack of people to play with. Once everyone went off and got married/went to college it seemed there was no where to turn for my Magic fix. I use a Mac so MTGO isnt possible. I do have an MTGO account tho with A LOT of cards (I buy a bunch everytime an expansion comes out, then log onto someone's PC who has the game) to stay current. I dream of the day it'll be available for Mac. Edit: I used to run Boot Camp but it became so weighed down with viruses I had to remove it. Stupid Wndows.
  6. Get to reviewing Jazz puuuhleeaaazz?
  7. Somebody has purchased some Magic boxes. :P Ahhh, the good ole days.
  8. that Bumblebee is pretty sexy.
  9. Advatage of getting a job at K-Mart: Snagged a Sunspot and Breacher as soon as they hit the shelves. Still a bunch more left, plus Firetraps and Oil Pans. But whats up with the pricing? $9.99 for a Scout?!?! Good thing I got a discount.
  10. The best friend or the stein? (whoops. XD Misread Pricey as Pretty. :lol I guess the question could still apply.) Anywho, no Transformers, but I did find two 2011 Lego sets. Atlantis: Angler Attack Creator: Rescue Robot The stein was quite pricey. Them things aint cheap. There is one thats 39.99, and thats the one he suggested me to get him. But he's my best bud, I thought I'd get him one that looks badass instead of that cruddy lookin thing.
  11. Got RYRRAARRRGGLHLHL!!! (or however thats spelled), the Taverncraft World of Warcraft Merloc stein. I have no idea what any of that means. I just know that I bought it for my best friend for christmas. Pricey little fucker.
  12. ^^^ That thing looks sweet!!! Too bad about the white paint job tho, never liked that color on cars.
  13. I want Skywarp just so that I can call him either pre-Earth Tarantulus or Senator Ratbat :P
  14. I want a Sunspot sooooooo bad! He's delicious looking!
  15. That thing is sweet. I like finding weird transforming toys that aren't actual Transformers.
  16. I've seen those before, but with all that armor they have on, it wouldn't make sense for them to have that much articulation. All the NECA figures I have all have good articulation, probably because the characters they are based off of have to pull off some stylish moves. I like collecting them though, figures are great especially for the price you can get them at. I dont think they should be so rigid. Big Sister CANNOT do anything other then stand straight up. Shes so back-heavy. In the game shes a highly nimble whirlwind of destruction. I dont know what I wouldve done to solve the weight issue but the figure suffers. Big Daddy and Delta are also very difficult to get any other pose then "standing". Whereas Big Daddy is really fast and agile when hes pissed off and Delta had all the movements of the player character.
  17. Are you referring to NECA? They have good articulation on their figures..... most of them anyways. Their Player Select ones are more statues than action figures. Anyways, I, and I'm sure everyone else, would jump on that Miranda figure aha I hope these figures have waist and midsection articulation. It doesn't look like they have foot/ankle articulation. I'd probably buy Shepard... if it looked like the one I created in my game. Im fine with the default Shepherd as long as he comes with a helmet. If he does then it really wont bother me. Of the NECA figures I have, I have Delta, Big Sister and a really large Big Daddy figure. They look amazing but the articulation is junk.
  18. Mass Effect is a RPG video game by Bioware and is one of the best games ever created (I mean it). Mass Effect 2 is THE best game ever made. If your a sci-fi fan or rpg fan or video game fan then your missing out if you've never tried it out . Youtube some of it and be amazed. Heres the figures I was wondering about. I cant remember who makes them but I hope its not the guys who made the Bioshock 2 figures. They are really detailed but have no articulation. I hope these are better. Regardless Im still going to get Legion, Mordin, Tali and Garrus. Commander Shepherd, Grunt, Tali, Thane Miranda, Mordin, Garrus, Legion EDIT: Its DC Direct. Not the same guys. Does DC Direct make good shit?
  19. Hey I was wondering if any of you guys have any of the Mass Effect figures. If ya do, how are they? I got 5 of them on preorder and was curious.
  20. Thatd be cool, except my inlaws are pricks. Halloween hasnt been the same since they made curfew so early anyways.
  21. Pfft. I have no children. Another Halloween wasted.
  22. I'm sure his name is Breacher. They were talking about me. Duh.
  23. ^ Get your ass in the Action Pose thread with that thing! I WANT ONE SOOOO BAD!
  24. Someones gotta buy 'em. I wouldnt mind having Tuner Mudflap since I skipped out on him the first time around. I might bite if I saw both him and Skids at the same time.
