Cyclonus & Hound are the only two I want from the bunch. And I want Hound mostly because of Ravage.

Me too! :tfgrin

So my big question is why Hound comes with a big black suitcase loaded into his back. He going on vacation or something?

NM.

The Deluxe & larger Classics are pure Win, continuing the perfect aesthetic balance between G1 Toy/'toon & modern update. Even the dimunitive 'legends' look rather sharp (though these characters really deserve a bit more articulated "Scout" class).

In appreciation of the better pics, I cobbled together a few quick collages that will hopefully answer the continual echo of queries...

That Starscream makes me wonder of Hasbro might U.S. release all of the Henkei Classics. I'm doubting they'll rerelease Cl Megs in his Henkei paint job but it might happen.

I hope so to, Rodimus VTS.

I noticed the new SS has a G1 paintjob; I hope they do this with classics prime, and do something about his arms and the headlights issue.

I think though I would get Cyclonus first. He's the biggest improvement in the classics line yet! He makes the old toy look like garbage.

Any chance someone could edit the initial post to have this information? It'd clear up the thread a bit, I think. Siburke had the right idea, but this is a bit... cleaner.

Robot Heroes Perceptor and Bombshell (Now Hardshell)

Robot Heroes Cheetor and Tankor

Robot Heroes Slag (now Snarl) and Sharkticon

"Premium" Deluxe Animated Bumblebee

Animated Deluxe Blazing Lockdown

Animated Deluxe Swindle

Animated Deluxe Blurr

Animated Voyager Skywarp

Animated Voyager Shockwave/Longarm

Universe Deluxe Starscream (more G1-accurate redeco of his Classics figure)

25th Anniversary Deluxe Cyclonus with Targetmaster Nightstick

25th Anniversary Deluxe Hound with Ravage (seen in tape mode on Hound's vehicle mode)

25th Anniversary Deluxe Cheetor

Universe Legends Animated Starscream

Universe Legends Brawn

Universe Legends Beachcomber

Universe Legends Bumblebee

Universe Voyager Inferno

Universe Voyager Vector Prime (Last Autobot homage)

Universe Voyager Bruticus ( BM/RiD Bruticus homage)

Doing that now then but it is fairly obvious whom most of the figures are

So... (Above pics from L to R) we have: Classics (1.0) Starscream and Universe / Classics 2.0 Starscream. Then 2.0 SS again with Cyclonus, Ravage (altmode on Hound's rear), Inferno, & Hound. Last, below: Cybertron Vector-Prime repaint as "The last Autobot" (Scrapmetal's Grandfather ?) which looks curiously similar to the 'Core-Fighter' of Gundam unit GP-01

Not a bad redeco; but I'd prefer to at least get (a remolded / modded) head buting a whole new TF... :tfgrin

I was just going to get the VP repaint to repaint it into Alphatrion though I have another plan for him. Though seeing the VP repaint next to the Last Autobot I am definitely getting it.

to be honest I think it works close enough, Vector Prime basically played the same role as the last Autobot I felt though he was less awesome.
