I wanna know why they keep saying Mirage, ShockWave and the rest can't be restored?

Probably because they didn't star in three blockbuster cash-exploding films, to start.

 

Yeah but the figures are already scuplted, so how hard can it be? Mike Rowe makes cast molds on that show with no experience, so I'm figuring not that hard.

 

I guess 10+ years of high and increasing sales just isn't enough to warrent the love they show a line that just warms shelves unless they throw a movie at it?

 

Quick rant about this new movie...

OK, it's a money maker, I can see making it. But don't tell me it's the most untold story in the Star Wars universe. They just made 3 crapfest major motion pictures that told the story with a cartoon miniseries. If they had half a clue on how to tell a story they wouldn't have wasted our time with some stupid kid race, and talking to fat guys in a diner, with for no reason, Chewbacca, and whatever the hell that kangaroo thing was!?!

 

Episode 1- they find the kid, buy the end, he's a teenager with the whole avenging mom deal.

Episode 2- They kill the demon guy, Darth Vader gets swayed to the dark end, finally is him getting all chopped up and burned

Episode 3- DARTH VADER KICKING EVERYONES ASS!!!!

 

They had plenty of time to tell this untold story that they flat out wasted. I'm not a fan of Star Wars, and stuff like this is a huge reason why. Move the story along and give me what I want, the scary looking bad guy known throughout the world doing scary bad guy things!
