TF: Fallen toys......not only the Fallen but also the remaining 12 too?

Recommended Posts

I'm rather curious why the guy making the video game knows what toys are being made?

Fallen is a Cybertronian tank. Megs is a Earth tank. :tfgrin

That's just because The Fallen has, up until now, only appeared on Cybertron. If they were to bring the character to the big screen in a story that takes place on Earth don't you think the logical thing to do would be to make him an Earth tank?

um... did you see the first movie? The main bad-bot didn't have an earth mode there ether.

There was an in story reason for that though.

It's not like The Fallen in a beloved character dating back to G1 that can only be done justice with the same alt mode that he's had in the G1 story. He's a character Pat Lee came up with to drag his War Within story out. Making him an Earth tank will be fine.

Kewl idea, but I don't trust the source without confirmation, especially since I would think that the programmer guy would have signed an NDA.

Quoted for TRUTH. I work in gaming and it is standard practice. I'm working on a game for the 360 that I can't even tell my family about, just in case. But this guy may just like to talk and forgot about the NDA heh.

I see your sig says I believe in Michael Bay. Hmm.. You seem like him in a way. Before you question me why I will say it. You said it would be "fine" if Fallen was a earth tank and hes not a loved bot ect. Well he must mean a lot in this movie if the title is named after him. Bay would say "fine" too, just like it was "fine" for Prime to not have a trailer, "fine" for there to be no Arcee in TF 1 and the other TF 1 flaws that I'm guessing he ALSO thought was "fine". The movie and all of its characters should be handled the best they can to make it good. Not that I'm a film maker or anything... Anyway a regular earth tank is too weak and weak looking for a main bot like him. He would just be like a Brawl but on fire.

1) Prime didn't have a trailer 'cause Prime's trailer only served the purpose of....well it never served a purpose. No one knows what to do with it. It seems to be a TF-wide decision to not give Prime a trailer, not one exclusive to the movie series.

2) Arcee wasn't in the first film because they couldn't figure out how to fit her into the story. What's the better option? Shoehorning a character into the movie where they don't fit, or leaving the character out for a sequel when you can do the character right? We're getting Arcee in TF2 for that exact reason.

3) Brawl was pretty bad-ass in the first film. Not only was he a death robot with more fire power then God, he also transformed into a tank that has more fire power then the standard US M-1 Abrams. A death machine in both modes. Brawl always on fire would add to the destructiveness.

4) I don't really care what alt mode The Fallen has. Earth tank, Cybertronian tank, jet, car, whatever. As long as it's done well I could care less.

Lets not pretend Mr. Bay spat on some sacred relic of TF lore if The Fallen isn't a Cybertronian tank though. The Fallen isn't Prime. He isn't Starscream. He isn't so iconic that his alt mode has to be one thing or another. All that's really required is that he be on fire all the time.

He should transform into - a barbeque!

Be careful what you say, Bay may just make The Fallen transform into a Port-o-Potty! oh god that would stink (2 for one!)

If The Fallen is as big as everyone says he is on here (I've never seen him personally :tflaugh ) maybe he could be either an aircraft carrier, ballistic missle sub, or they could take a page from the movie "Big" and have him be a very large building (I mean super huge maybe reaching 5000 ft in building mode?)

Not unless he's a big military base building. The Fallen was all about destruction. So he'll probably be a huge Cyb tank, or a big fort of some sort.

As for the aircraft carrier we've heard about I have a theory or 2 one is maybe it's Omega Supreme, and the other is maybe Hasbro is trying to finally answer what all of us fans have been screaming for since RiD Fortress Maximus.

No water based modes for the Fallen for two reasons. 1, they suck (land / air mobility > sea mobility) and 2, the Fallen is on FIRE. :)

Seems like the Fallen would hate water even more than Trypticon.

As for a building, well, that's even less mobility, and even less of a disguise. But I hate the idea of baseformers.

Yeah I doubt that he'd be an aircraft carrier though he could be a big ol battle ship. Granted he is on fire but he seems to have the ability to keep his fire going even in conditions not conducive to flame, ie outer space, and under water. Of course maybe his fire isn't actually fire but some sort of plasmatic flame.

As for my theory on the aircraft carrier being Fort Max go look at his starship mode and you'll see allot of air craft carrier in it.
