hey i may as well pick that animated crap because it's the latest version and i won't be cool if i don't follow the crowd :roll

You don't have to be cool and follow the crowd just to like this guy:

He'll blast you if you don't!

:con

that looks absolutely dire

i wonder if animated will be OMG BESTEST EVAR!!! when the next series comes out... :schin

***SPOILER*** it won't be ***SPOILER***

That sums it all up.

I voted for the G1 toy, but Animated, Earth mode, Megatron is one good looking Transformer.

I was always partial to the Transmetal Megatron from Beast Wars...but since he's not an option and I haven't run across Earth Mode Animated Megs, yet, I'll give it to Classics.

I just picked up Leader Animated Megs last night...it's hard to say if I'm suffering from the new toy high like siburke939's suggesting, but I don't disagree that he is awesome. I think he's got the best Alt. mode in the Animated line, which is saying something, and he's oozing with play value.

Good job, Hasbro. Good job.

With Earth mode Animated Megatron, there are now four great Megatrons. G1's gun, G2's tank, BW's t-rex, and Animated's helicopter. An updated Megatron doesn't have to be a gun, but he also doesn't have to be a goofy space jet.

I'm really hoping ROTF Megs gets reformatted into an attack copter.

And Soundwave as a Scion xB. SUH-WEEET!

while I like Animated leader Megatron his transformation lets him down and I don't like how his arms just hang their. But... the voice thing is cool as hell

my vote with with cybertron Megatron I would say I like his galvatron repaint even more but its the same thing. to me he wins out for having those crazy claws and being possible also turning into a Dildo jet and the batmobile how cool is that
