Aiojunni:

Though, to be fair, I still do like Sean's reviews better than that one guy who was doing reviews, with his girlfriend interrupting at every chance she got, a while back.

Dude. Thats DBanks. And his reviews are pretty much spot on the BEST! DBanks keep up the dope vids man!

Oh & im not even gonna WATCH a 22 min video, assuming that you members are correct with that, cuz it kills off my satelite signal & then we cant even get the net to work for a day or two.

KEEP THE VIDOES SHORTER SEANLONG!!! lol

These posts are more entertaining than Sean's reviews! I refuse to even push 'play' on this review...I'm done with the Looooong video reviews!

I prefer the 'to-the-point' Blitzwing reviews.

god i hate this F-ing loser..

his opinions carry NO weight what so ever, he thinks EVERYTHING is awesome.. even supreme Piece of Sh*t Roll Out Prime... Incredibly ANNOYING. He also Loves those craptastic marvel crossovers BS.

wow, am I glad that you're just words on a screen.

Hell looking at you're substantial history on this board it seems that all you have done is complain.

Hey. Someone tell Vritchy there that I've already filled the quota for complaining here! I want an apology from all those (BaCon) who were jumping down my back about criticizing Sean's reviews. :lol But seriously, to no avail, many board members, including myself, have given Sean a lot of constructive criticism and advice for improving his reviews. I really appreciate the sharing, but enough is enough.

On topic... was there a topic? Oh yeah. Oil Slick. I thought he would be... taller. Either way, nice design. I like that there really isn't any cohesive design aesthetic with the Animated line. Sure they all look "cartoony," as can be expected, but they all have very strong individual shapes and characteristics.

hey sean.. i didn't mean to come off as a d*ck, i watch your reviews a lot the chocolate skittles review was funny, the jazz and soundwave reviews were also great. i'm just glad that you actually like these figures. i hate when people do a review and just bash the figures.

:lol nowai

Be glad. The first minutes are, no joke, Seanlong reading EVERYTHING off the packaging. beautiful comments abound, such as "I still have him in box. It's a very nice box. I wanted to show him in box. So there's the box art of Oil Slick." or moments where he zooms in on packaging call outs and READS THEM OUT VERBATIM. This is particulary sad/hilarious due to Sean's fumbling way of speaking, and wonderful ability to mispronounce every other word.

I don't hate video reviews, but Sean's were bad, started to improve, and have gone right back to bad again. It's less a review and more "I have this new toy I want to show off since I have it" whenever him or Optibotimus review something.

I appreciate the reviews that Sean does, he does us a decent service and it is nice to hear someone LIKE the engineering and point out joints that may need nail varnish tricks. BUT. The problem I see with them is...

1) Lack of rehearsal. Seriously transform em a couple of times before you film.

2) HE NEEDS A SHORT SCRIPT. He seems to wonder off on a tangent or tries to cover too much in the videos, short sharp "Missile goes here push this bu-tten here" "extra weapons are here and flip out like this" would be nice.

Keep the reviews coming but TRY and keep the videos short and take advice on board.

1) Lack of rehearsal.

My favorite part was when he utterly fails to work Oil Slick's barrel weapons, taking a full MINUTE to accomplish "unfold this, flip out that". Plus the ten seconds where he has to work this out OFF CAMERA, leaving us to stare at a lop sided Oil Slick until he's done. That was just priceless.

Sean can obviously take the heat because he's not leaving the kitchen. :tfpwn

That's why I'd stick with Peaugh's review. Short & very informative.

Don't get me wrong I do look forward to his reviews. :tfgrin I like to see enthusiasm rather than cold text or encyclopedic reviews. :07dance
