MP Thundercracker + Henkei Ratchet and Nissan GT-R mold coming

Recommended Posts

i would be more excited if it were an alternator rather than binaltech...

i just love the consistancy of an all plastic figure vs a diecast & plastic where the colors almost match.

oh it will come state side at some point given how thier selling the car in the US and so far hasbro has had more moulds the BT and I dont see that stopping now but... my money is on a store exclusive

and since its a silver car I think the paint will match just fnie

I'm glad that MP Thundercracker is being made. I will buy one. It's ironic that the MP line is the only place that Starscream, Skywarp and Thundercracker can be bought at normal retail price.

Even though I'm one of the bigger die-cast fanbois here I do prefer Alternators. My guess is US store exclusive release for the silver one and BT exclusivity for the red one, which I can live with. If I'm going to buy the same thing twice at least they'll be different materials.

Woo!

As for the GT-R mold, could this be a sign of the return of Alternators?

I can only hope that this is the case. I like Classics but the Alternators/Binaltech line is, by far, the best of the two lines. But that's because I put realistic designs before dinosaurs, radios, hand guns, cameras and insects. It's all about more quality and less quantity for me.

Encore will have all 3 as well, though TC and SW will likely be packaged together as a pair. It still counts as retail price though.

i prefer the alts because they're affordable and i don't have to worry about chipping paint >_>

EDIT

If Megatron were to be a car, I'd prefer that he be an SUV or a Hummer or even that legendary Cadillac version.

But really it's kind of :wtf IMO to be like "oh it must be Megatron" because it's silver. Like, it's paint, you know, the car could be any color.

Megatron should be a silver Hummer H2, since the H2 is the most evil of all terrain bound vehicles.

Ugly as well. Such horrible things.

we don't know it's megatron. I guess if it is, the red version could be Windcharger due to their similar head designs.

:schin

that would work quite well actually.

agreed, if he's gonna be a hummer he HAS to be an h1. regaurdless, he should deffinatly be a big ass gas guzzling SUV or truck. H1, Suburban, f450, silverado, farging grave digger... something big with big farging tires, maybe an offroad kit. as long as it's something that could crush the other alternators >_>

sadly, i feel they'd probably go with an h2 with big wheels and probably lowered -_-

I was going to count those, but I decided not to since they are reissues of G1 toys. I guess Robot Masters and Robot Heroes are the only other toy lines in which all three characters were released.

FYI: MP TC and the two BT's are up for preorder now on BBTS' main page. You might as well order them now if you're going to while they're still listed at $49.99. All their other BT preorders have gone up after a couple of days. I ordered TC too, but I might see if I can get a better deal elsewhere.
