NO MINI Cooper Alternator!

guess its a german thing, the whole `dont mention the war` syndrome(Fawlty Towers, a british sitcom in case anyone was wondering). As I said, they should wait a year or two and then make all their stuff decepticons just to spite them lol.

It's not so much of a "don't mention the war", but rather a consequence of Germans' post-war "no more war!" atitude. If you had two devastating wars in your own country (no, fighting at the other end of the world is not the same thing) within a few years, that sure has a lasting effect on the public's collective mind.

All a bit wierd as its essentially free money and though VAG (Volkswagon Audi Group) are doing well enough not to need, this BMW are not doing as well as they should with Chris Bangles `flame surfacing` styling bombing worldwide.

Either it's me being not fluent enough in understanding English, or this sentence is really not all that well structured. Could you please phrase it so even a stupid German would understand it? ;)

Good. Maybe people will finally shut the hell up about what a great idea a Mini Cooper would be for an Alternators Bumblebee. IMHO nothing except a VW Beetle would work for him.

Actually a yellow Dodge Neon coupe *might* work for him, but dear god NOT a $#%@#! Mini Cooper

Lol, sorry I tend to type quicker than I can think which would explain a lot, my points were more along the lines of germany still has an army and is active in UN roles so they do go to war zones and dont think a transformer is going to make anyone think that germany is going to start invading anyone. Hell Britain/france/spain invaded everyone at one time or another. Britain also got a lot of cities smashed in WW2, and very nearly sided with Hitler in the beginning, but I dont think the son should be punished for the sins of the father. Live and let live I say.

as for the bady worded part here goes...... Licencing a toy would cost a car company nothing in this instance, they just sit back and take their payment and/or royalties, Audi and Volkswagon are doing well financially so this is a drop in the bucket for them, but BMW is not doing as well as it should the controversial flame surfacing has not been very well received globally and could do with as much money as possible (personally, though I did hate it at first, it has grown on me, I think the 7 series will look modern for some time now and love the new M5) If I was a shareholder I would want my company to maximise profits wherever possible.

Hope this is clearer lol

P.S I love the german autobahns ;)
