Apparently, I'll have to wait for MP Megatron, I've just bought a Soundwave mp3 player for US$106.

I'm planning on buying a MP Megatron soon.....

Question: Do they all come with the red tip on the barrel? Are they easy to pop off?

It depends where you buy it from, some places online plug it, others don't. I've heard that the BBTS MP-5s come with the plugs glued in, although it's still possible to remove them. I was lucky, while my Megs was plugged, it was one of those bendy rubber ones that you can remove simply by pulling on them. But yeah, it all depends on the seller. I think, but I'm not sure, that TFSource leave MP-5 unplugged.

tfsource is the place to go. no plug and you can get it for the same price misb. maybe cheaper than your buddy even.

mine wasn't plugged... and $135 id a good price this late after the release...

Hell yeah. I'm gonna get this one within this 2 weeks. Countdown started... LOL

Congrats!! That took less than 2 week. I just got mine the other day.

I got my Megs from TFSOURCE and they only inserted this little rubber peg..no glue involved..it popped right out..

be careful some sights do glue them in..I love all my MP's. :clap

The only gripe I have with this is the susceptibility to a mild tarnish over time. Yuck to that!
