Sellers from Hong Kong for the most part... They must have connections with Hasbro factory workers I guess...

Sorry for zombifying the tread,but what happens is,the factories try out their molds,to see if there are no errors,if they would keep every single test figure,they would run out of space to put them,so they give them away to ebay sellers. (or something like that)

Bulkead looks so funny, I like him a lot, and Meg.. looks like Meg!!
