Those are pretty nice. Megatron's arm cannon does look a bit too big. It almost makes the one on MP Megatron seem reasonable.

Aint seen the vid yet but is the Swordy a Batleth type of thing or does it convert into a Broadswordy?

Whoa...I'm so totally giving Meantime to Unicron or AAOP....

Every Animated figure I've seen is ass-ugly. I wouldn't put those in my collection if they were free and hand-delivered to me on a 24-karat gold platter by a scantily-clad Angelina Jolie.
