A friend of mine actually gave me an armless Megatron, and asked me if I could find some arms for him. He suggested that I use the arms off of a junker Soundwave that he had given me even longer ago. My first thought was "Nah, that won't work!" Then I did it.

does the tranformation work , or is he an actionmaster now?

At first I thought that the missing hand was going to be a problem, but I remembered that Megatron has something else that can go there. The morning star came from a Gundam. I made is poseable by snaking a wire up through it.

The Fusion Cannons's made from the body of a glue stick and the container tube of a stick of Krazy glue. The rear of the cannon is the cap from the glue stick attached to the cap from the Krazy glue tube. The knobs are made from styrene with a hole puncher.

The legs kept collapsing, so I had to put spacers inside of them. Since he'll never transform again anyway, I'm thinking about giving him a proper neck as well.

Man that is truely sweet. I love the cannon. You can hardly tell it isn't Hasbro made. THUMBS UP!!!

You should add an energon colored gun muzzle flash. You're keeping the trigger crotch though? i would hinge it like it would be according to original plans.
