We all had our likes and dislikes about the series, toys and genre in general. This discussion is based on the goofs and idiomatic quirks about the series and the toys.

Some starters:

 

1. Why are the Autobots so cool? They can't even fly for the most part. Autobot cars kicking the tail of Decepticon jet planes? WTF?

 

2. Grimlock, one of the strongest yet lacking wit, always has the ability to say 'No, me Grimlock no do what Prime say.' Clearly he was telling Prime to go F himself.

 

3. If Megatron is so powerful why he is such a loser? ie can never destroy the Autobots? (negating marketing issues and $$$ for Hasbro/Takara)

 

4. How do the Autobots get to their destinations so fast? They aren't jet propelled. Ok, I know Armada made sense w/the warp gates. Remember that episode when the Autobots rolled on water w/jet skiis? WTF?

seriously they made alot of mistakes, the ones i notice are colourin issues like two starscream standin side by side .

i dont get how soundwave was like three storys tall and then hed transform and spike could put him in is pocket , now that one huge pocket.

For that matter the weight of Soundwave, don't forget, when these guys fell rocks went flying with them.

 

Devastator was supposed to be the perfection of a combiner, yet Prime could dismantle him in one shot.

 

In the episode "A Prime Problem" the little scoutbot that Soundwave sent to examine the crystals got destroyed, but when windcharger went down there he didn't, and his excuse was that his rubber tires insulated him, WTF, the drone had tires too!

I always wondered why this never happened, but you have a room full of huge robots, 3-4 stories tall, and never once did they accidently squish a human, seriesly, spike should have been stepped on atleast a dozen times.

Just watch "Carnage in C-Minor" for an amazing amount of TF mistakes. Brawn's back to life and Bonecrusher's an Autobot. Still, we understand...

I think the Autobots never actually lost their ability to fly [MTMTE] just flew to where they needed to go to and then transformed.
