Sixshot? Where's the "six" reference playing into this. I like Alpha Q in both the production colors and BC's version, both are hot. I like the weathered finish particularly. And that redeco of Mirage looks WAY better than the original.

I don't care about the color schemes, really, and I like Alpha-Q!

More than likely, they just used the name to keep the copyright. Who knows, maybe there is a Sixshot figure being devolped for Cybertron.......

 

As for release dates, late fall is the best guess I can venture

there needed to be an original energon transfoemer that trans-form into SIX different things.......like the name.......SIX SHOT.

 

mybe this sounds a little G1 purist but that is not my intension.

 

as soon as I heard that there would be an energon six shot, I was looking foeward to seeing the first ever energon that turned intosix diferent things.

 

with the great new advances I've ONLY seen -towline, poseable combiners, tiny transformers like arcee, and the U.S. kicker with the bike he can ride and it transforms- there is a lot going on. So I find it sad that such a cool name went to a repaint.

 

I'm not knocking the repaint, it looks alright, but mybe they could have called this one to THREE SHOT or made him a SOUNDWAVE.

 

I'm still hoping for a new multiple transformer......

The term "Sixshot" comes from a handgun, like a Colt Python...They only have one barrel, but chamber six rounds. I don't see how "Shot" has to denote a Transformation mode just because it did in G1. Even with that, you guys weren't complaining about RID Galvatron not being named "Tenshot".

glad i got shockblast! that repaint looks horrid! dreadwing is i-ight, not bad at all. not feelin alpha q. he looks a$$ cakes.

He looks like an innovative action figure and a first for a Transformers main line...I'm more excited about him than any other toy coming out this year.

I liked the original colors of Shockblast, the sixshot recolor belongs in Universe line up with the crappy repaint of Sideburn.

 

Dreadwing looks great, but not enough to make me want to buy the mold again.

 

Beachcomber looks great, but I am not a big fan of the mold, my cliffjumper was kinda a let down when I got it, overall good toy.

 

Alpha Q is a welcomed addition to the line up, but since it doesnt actually transform, I am going to have to pass on it. Not my favorite character, and not something I want taking up room in my collection.

Same reason I passed on Kicker.

The only thing I hate about seeing these listings, is the fact that I haven't seen any in the stores around here. Am I gonna have to resort to buying my stuff online? It sure looks that way.

I like the Dreadwing redeco. I'll definitely get that, despite already having Mirage. I'd only get Sixshot to make my Shockblast look better. He looks like Shockblast had too much guacamole and margaritas and threw up all over him. Color scheme aside, it's pretty tacky to make a figure that so obviously looks like a G1 Shockwave homage, and then recolor and rename him.
