Skywarp. Sure, the mold has more repaints than Kid Rock has trailer trash relatives, but its a good mold, one thats stood the test of time. Almost as good as the E-Starscream mold. But Im waiting for U-Magnus. Never been much of a Magnus fan, but the Bendy Prime mold is one of the best Armada had to offer.

Razorclaw and the soon to be released Nemesis Prime.

Optimus Primal, i got most of the other molds when they 1st came out & by me lovin my monkeys this was great.

can't wait for that Nemesis Prime!

I voted for Skywarp as my favorite. Nice colors, cool mold - very evil looking. Here's a list of the ones that I liked or am looking forward to:

 

1. Skywarp - stated above

2. Blackarachnia - My g/f bought her, and both of us were very impressed.

3. Nemesis Prime - I don't have him yet, and I don't know where I'll put him when I do (space issues).

4. Devastator - He looks really nice, but I'll probably never get him thanks to the "KB Exclusive"-ness of it. :tfsad

5. Defensor - Ditto.

6. Cyberjets - Looking forward to the release of these guys. I never had any of them, but they are so friggin' cool!

7. Fireflight - Cool mold. Nice paintjob too.

 

Now the ones I didn't like:

1. All of the Universe Autobots - just about all of them feel like cheap knockoffs to me. I bought "Autobot" Ratchet a while back, and was really let down by the lack of work put into him. Come on, they could have given him actual sirens at least. I also bought Dinbot Striker, and he had promise, but what's with the, erm, headdress? Native Cybertronian, perhaps?

2. Tankor & Obsidian - Never saw the appeal of Obsidian, and they totally ruined the appeal of Tankor for me with that horrid paintjob.

3. Ruination - I don't even know where to start.

4. Pirahnaking - Oh, God. Why? Bad colors, and has his face always looked that ridiculous? I had the original Seacons when I was young and I certainly don't remember him like that.

5. Sunstorm - Ick, Ick, Ick. What a waste of a fan favorite. They should've waited to use the name and colors on a repaint of the E. 'Screamer mold. Or one of the Cyberjets. Either way, it would've been WAYYYYYY nicer.

 

I think that's all of them. I'm not sure though.

Had to go with King Atlas, never owned the Starscream Machine wars mold, and of the 7 auctions I tried to win him in, I was always out bid. So I searched long and hard for King Atlas, and I must say that I am impressed, the only gripe I have, and its a minor one, is with its mouth, because of the colors it makes him look like Howard the Duck.

 

Other then that, I have the Takara Micromaster Sixbuilder Devestator from Japan, got him on ebay for $35 bucks, so I will pass on that one.

 

But I am really excited about the Magnus battle in a box, and the Smokescreen repaint of Armada Hotshot.

I forgot Fireflight, I have Nitecruz and I like that mold, awkward as teh 'bot mode is.

 

As to Autobot Ratchet, if you leave him alone yeah he sux, but I bought one just to repaint into a G1 likeness of Ironhide, since the colors are mostly right to start with. It looks great.

 

Ya didnt like Sunstorm??!? Ok, $20 was a bit steep (got mine for $15) but this is a great mold, one of the best from Armada. Although maybe youre right, the E-Screamer mold might have been a LITTLE better....

whirl looks quite good but does he have the missles for his turbo blasters?
