Not to completely throw out your theory, but the series preview disc received by several Transformers websites stated that Sari was adopted.

I don't think that her status as "Adopted" invalidates my theory that she's an android built by her "father" - if he never married/mated, and wanted to keep her true nature secret, he'd have to explain her presence somehow.

 

As for Sumdac's age when he found the head - I'll need to rewatch it, but I thought he was an adult when I saw it last night.

He was a child, because he didn;t have his moustachio yet. :tfevil

 

And, I liked this show, despite it obviously being aimed at kids. If you cannot appreciate this show for what it is, you need to move out of your parents' basement.

I liked it but I have to agree with sq on op's voice. insecurity and self loathing do not fit with a leader. that's why rodimus always sucked. I liked the show but the op repeating how he wasn't a leader or a hero in a kids voice just got old. he sounded like e ironhide with all that.

In case you guys weren't paying attention, he's not supposed to be "Optimus Prime the Awesome Leader of Awesomeness"

nonsence! its not that I wanted it to be 80ies in nature, the show is simply poor in content & quality.

someone already asked why Hasbro is delaying the release of the toy line. well if you ask me I think I just answered your question. deep down in there harts Hasbro know this show is "wanting" in soooooooooo many ways, I've lost count.

there scared once the fan-hype has faded, they'll be left w/a bunch of animated TFs that are on the fast track too the clearance bin. & speaking of that very point, I'm soooooooooooooooo glad I'm finding out now that this show sucks a fat one. this way it helps me to save money toward Botcon. like what's up w/that lame background FX when they were about to go in to battle. you know when they try to make it look like their flying thru the air.

its a cheap trick that only works on the weak minded. its done when the transformation is limited & poorly articulated. so they give it that "fast action" back drop behind the TFs to create the illiution of a lot going on, when in fact its not.

put it like this. I know know what TFs would look like if Fisher Price or maby Play Skool got their hands on the product.

I enjoyed this premier I am curious to see how megs gets re-assembled

they been doin that backdrop gimmick since g2. on and off.

This cartoon sure had it's G1 connections, but one that I haven't seen mentioned is that the Autobots, once again, meet the main human characters in their place of work.
