To sum up, our mystery bot is a four wheeled Minicon, aligned with the Decepticons, from the show Cybertron. They are not red, yellow, blue, or mostly black. Its wheels are opaque, and it was part of a vs. pack.

 

And here's a bone - It is a WHEELED vehicle. it doesn't just have wheels to make it go, like a tank vehicle with tiny wheels because the treads aren't functional.
