Teh Blue Tracks and Meister...I still await Hound and Silverstreak and Hasbro teases me with Alternators that won't hit the shelves for months.

If I didn't know any better, I'd say the blue on Tracks was painted. There's no way plastic can be that shiny.

Energon- I honestly don't mind the official Energon toys being repainted, but why armada?

The devestator looks really good. I don't think I'll get the new Prime/Overload, but the rest are pretty nice.

I was thinking the same thing. Either it's painted or they used the same plastic they did in Car Robots/RID with Supermode Prowl. It's kinda a darkish blue and has "sparklyies" in it :D

I hope it's painted. I guess we'll be drooling on the keyboards for another 6 months before we see them in person.

 

The toys R us near me is still trying to get rid of the original color Armada Prime and Megatron so why? I still don't have Overload but I dont think I want him.

 

These pics drive me crazy. Now I want Tracks more than ever and who knows when it'll come out. I went to the farthest Walmart I could get to and still no Silverstreak! just three Sideswipes!

Even if that's the case - so what? Hasbro displayed a hand-painted prototype of Silverstreak (remember the fugly "black face"?) at ToyFair...

I cannot understand there is so many Armada repaints as a whole, WHY you bakas at Hasbro WHY? :stone Stop with the insanity already! With the sole exception of the Unicron repaint for Energon, IMO all of them are a horrible waste of paint and plastic.

I think we'll be lucky to see Alternator Dead End by September. Hasbro's Alternator releases have pretty much been about two-three months behind Takara's BinalTech releases. My guess is November/December.
