Figured my first post should be about good news.  Found Cybertron at both the Culver City TRU (off of Jefferson Blvd) and at the Hawthorne TRU (off Rosencrans).  Here's what I found in each.

Culver City:

Leader:    Megatron (bad condition, box is all fubar)

Ultra:      Scourge, Jetfire

Voyager:  Crumplezone, Vector Prime

Deluxe:    Thundercracker, Dirt Boss, Hot Shot, Landmine

Basic:      Don't remember any...

Hawthorne:

Supreme:  4 Supreme Starscreams!  I got 1 the day before so I didn't buy any

Basics:      A ton.  Scattorshot, Overhaul and many others.

Ultra:    Jetfire

Voyager: Vector Prime

Optimus was nowhere to be found in either locations. :tdown (even though I have the GF version  :tflaugh)

    • This looks so good. I can't wait to get one. I really hope they do Alpha Trizer and Go Prime too. Maybe even Leo Prime not that he's needed. And looking at this, it really does look more like ThunderHOWL is the main reuse. There's too many things in the design that looks like Thunderhowl for them to just be a coincidence. The shoulder pads and robot mode hands come to mind. The hip armor can be reworked along with the heads. Maybe work a cape in somehow instead of the big hip armor pieces. Hell, I'll be down for some ZOIDS redecos too. Give me some Metalgarurumon decos and a KendoGarurumon as well as all the Voltron lions. I want an army (pride?) of these.
    • As promised The Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 behind the scenes report for Prime Universe Thundertron from Mark Maher @markclonus is here. This Voyager class figure is another from the Prime TV series with a totally new mold. This guy is clearly ready to lead a band of swash bucking robots. He's got the look, with details on the behind the scenes in the making of Thundertron in the full report with images that follow. - Read the Full News Story
    • Added to the Sunbow Marvel Archive this month is a plethora of G1 cartoon material, with storyboards from the following: Unproduced pilot miniseries/Season 1 intro sequence More Than Meets The Eye, Part 2 More Than Meets The Eye, Part 3 Transport To Oblivion Roll For It The Ultimate Doom, Part 3 Countdown To Extinction Unproduced Season 2 intro sequence Unproduced commercial bumper Autobot Spike The Immobilizer Additionally, a quartet of story premises, written by storyboard artist Wendell Washer during early Season 2, have also become available.  Along with the early version of the 1985 New Product briefing he was given for reference.  Three of the unused stories focus on Omega Supreme (then under the working name of Fortress Maximus), and a fourth focusing on Seaspray. All of these can be viewed at https://sunbowmarvelarchive.blogspot.com/p/mp-700-transformers-part-1-1984-1985.html Below is an animatic, edited by me, of the unproduced season 2 intro sequence:
    • Many readers may be wondering why they are hearing about Toy Fair in September when it used to be in February. The decades old event has moved from frozen Valentine's Day, to now. With Hasbro Pulse Con 2023 just going down, there was very little on show this year. The only things new were the previously reported EarthSpark Cyber-Combiners & Cyber-Sleeve Battle Blaster toys. - Read the Full News Story
